Very good customer service despite being rush hour (5:00-ish pm) with several customers standing in line. A young man who greeted me very nicely and actually made EYE Contact with me (wow!). This type of customer service I'm not used to, especially coming from young people, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for your kindness.

John Burnham at the UPS store up on Washington St in San Diego helped me ship my sons e-bike and mountain bike from San Diego to Colorado. I was expecting a huge ordeal but John jumped in and made it a simple process. Price was great and was delivered right to my sons college apartment in CO. Great Service.

Great service by Josiah, he was very helpful in printing our 2 separate emails as 1 price which was a small savings. As we were getting on our bikes a single print out blew in the wind and an employee putting out the notary sign asked if we needed a complimentary folder. Great idea!

This UPS Store is like a good Cheers bar. The great staff knows my name, are thoughtful and caring about my mail, packages and returns.
Mayleen is an especially important character in that production- lots of fun, outgoing and helpful.
John The Boss is the captain of the ship, and clearly knows how to manage and hire good people.

Customer service here is great.
I had a bunch of Amazon returns that I had been holding off on and was a little embarrassed about how much I was gonna hold back the line, but the girl that helped me (Sophia) was super patient, and even gave me some helpful tips. The two other guys that were there, were quick to tend to the register whenever more customers came in, so no line!

February 19, 2025. 5:40 PM the young guy who attended me was not only rude to me but with his two female coworkers too. He didn’t have a name tag, but it was the only white men working there. Fortunately there’s a new UPS Store open nearby, I will never come back here again.
