I've come by multiple times to drop off Amazon returns, and service has always been fast and super friendly. They recently added an automated kiosk for dropping off Amazon packages too, so that you don't have to wait in line for the counter anymore. The person who was working that day showed me how to use it, which was really helpful!

At first time experience with UPS was of the most professional kind and caring staff I was in and out in no time and was very happy to know that the service that they provide will continue could have been back three or four times more you guys keep up the good work God bless

Five star service from Afar!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Manuel at The UPS Store, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I was shipping packages to a friend, and Manuel went above and beyond to help receive them smoothly. Even though I never stepped foot into the store, the level of service I received made it feel like I was right there. That is true customer service right there!
They also only charged $5 per package to receive them, and are kind about it, unlike other locations in the area. On top of that, Manuel was incredibly kind, hospitable, a good listener and professional every step of the way.
This was nothing short of a five-star experience, efficient, courteous, and hassle-free. Highly recommend this location and especially Manuel for anyone looking for reliable service with a personal touch!
