The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Many of their employees are notaries, which is helpful since 99% of the time when I need a document notarized, I can pop in without calling ahead.

Very unprofessional atmosphere, a young staff that does not treat customers with respect. Management is unbothered by this and is present during interactions while offering no solution. There are 4 other UPS locations within a mile, I'd highly recommend one of those instead.

The secret to this location is come early in the morning.
Every time I come in the manager is there and she does a good job.
Politely take people with all kinds of attitudes and making Amazon returns easy.

When I walked in, there were three employees and no customers. None of the employees greeted me, nor did they respond when I said hello. The young woman who assisted me did not speak a single word to me. Customer service needs a major improvement. Giving three stars because I was in and out in 30 seconds, and had no logistical issues with the amazon return process.

The gal working was very rude and her customer service was unprofessional. Because I would not tell her exactly what was in my package, she quoted me an extremely high price, as a deterrent to me using their service. So ridiculous!

Came here to get something notarized and mailed. The woman completed my form but said they don’t sign directly in the paper. I mailed what she did to my company and it was declined due to being completed incorrectly by a notary. Wasted money for mailing and using the store provided notaries.

If you have a complaint for this store, an associate at another UPS store told me that corporate takes these things very seriously and to file a complaint with them. If the store gets enough points against them, UPS will take away their franchise.
That being said, I had two very large, very heavy Amazon returns that I could only return to UPS. I went to this store because it was closest to my house. I pulled into the parking spot right in front of their storefront glass and even backed into the spot a few minutes before 5pm this past Saturday, 4/6/24. I was unloading the boxes from my trunk right in front of the door when another lady walked into the store and dropped off her package. I could not have been more than 20 seconds after her but when I got to the door with my large returns, the door was locked. The girls working had locked the doors on me while watching me unload my packages right in front of the store. Meanwhile, a gentleman sitting on the bench outside witnessed the whole thing and informed me that the girls working had locked the door before 5pm and encouraged me to knock on the glass to let them know I needed to return something. The girls proceeded to ignore me. The gentleman on the bench as well as a couple other passerby who had witnessed what happened joined me in knocking on the glass. Meanwhile, the girls continued to ignore us until they got annoyed with the knocking and yelled at us that they “close at 5pm”. It was then when I pulled out my phone and saw that it was 5:01pm. The girls then quickly ran to the back and hid from us.
Do not go to this store. These UPS stores are individually owned and clearly this particular owner employs people who do not understand the basics of customer service. My Amazon return would have taken 30 seconds to process yet they saw me and decided to lock the doors early.

Compared to the post office's poor service, UPS's service is smooth and the customer service is excellent.

My daughter's shipped thousands of boxes through this store for their Amazon business. The employee's have always been awesome. Can't say enough nice things about them.
