The store manager was extremely helpful and polite.Although the store was very busy at the time, I was in and out in 5 min tops! This was my first time using this location and I must say the efficiency and customer service was excellent!

The CSA took the time to find the cheapest and fastest way to get my package to my mom. Today's my dad birthday and we lost him last year to cancer. The CSA was emphatic and engaging with regards to my sadnesses.

Everytime I go here, I come out feeling like I inconvenience the whole damn place. I came to send out packages but I had questions; questions that were not really answered but gestured to and again, I felt like an idiot and felt like I was inconveniencing this worker.
I really need to make an effort to go elsewhere bc this place was depressing. I’ve been here more than 10x and everytime, it’s the same. I’m glad people are having good experiences here but for me, I wish it was like everyone else.
I do regret giving my money and business to this place. I hope that lady was ok this morning but damn, please actually help not just stare at me like an idiot when I’m asking for assistance.

They are friendly, speedy and efficient. I came in 20 minutes before closing, they didn’t rush me. I was helped with my documents that needed to be faxed and I appreciate that they wait for a confirmation before charging you.

Went back today on a Sunday!! to fax another document and do some color printing. (One of the few ups stores open on a Sunday)
They were patient with me while the document I needed to print downloaded. They pretty much did troubleshooting with me so we could the pdf to the stores email for printing. I appreciate their time and support. Weslee, Cesar and Lauren were amazing!! Keep up the hardwork

For one, this is my favorite UPS store - a hidden gem! Always get kind, efficient service there. But yesterday, hauling in A LOT of boxes to ship to family members, I was especially grateful for their assistance and patience. Laura was amazing!! She made the whole process fun and smooth. It was an emotional day, as I was sending family heirlooms due to a death in the family and she definitely was a bright spot in my day.

You know, I feel like we all go to these stores expecting some sort of hang up that will inconvienece us. Laura and Maira put that stereotype to rest by being so helpful with my shipping needs and created a seemless process for me to get my packages sent out! Thanks for being awesome!
