Notary at the UPS store in 4s Commons is quick and the people in the UPS store had good knowledge of passport shipping and tracking services. They were very helpful.

Fantastic service at UPS 4S Ranch!
The service here is always excellent. The women who work at this location are incredibly professional, helpful, and always greet customers with a warm smile. Everything is done efficiently and in a very friendly manner. The store itself is also clean, pleasant, and welcoming.

I have been going to this location for several years and the service has usually been adequate. Lately, it’s been staffed by moslty women who appear to be very unhappy working there. They have a very negative vibe and it’s unpleasant being there. I’ll try to avoid going back. Who is doing the hiring?? How about some basics on customer service?

Been coming here for almost a decade. These people are some of the most helpful people in the service industry. Sometimes the lines are long but they have a pretty efficient system. We recently mailed out the wrong package and Darcy took time out of her insanely busy Monday to assist first thing in the morning. These guys don’t get enough credit for the amazing work they do

I have been going to this UPS location for the past 10 years and I love it. The staff are friendly and professional, especially Darcey and Cheryl. They are a busy store and they do their best to help customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner.

They closed 10 min early not allowing me to get my packages mailed before the holiday weekend. If they aren’t going to actually stay open during store hours they should change their hours.

Even with the seemingly infinite number of Amazon returns that walk thru their doors 6 days a week, the staff has always been cordial, helpful, & professional.
As a customer, If you want your @$$ kissed, then maybe try FedEx/Kinkos... But they won't take your Amazon returns. So, maybe be a little grateful.

I came in on June 3 and approximately 15 minutes before closing and there was a line at the do it yourself Amazon kiosk. Even though there was no line for the counter, we were told that all Amazon returns had to use the kiosk while the two employees finished closing for the night. There were two people with very large returns that took almost 10 minutes each while the four of us others who had one and two items only sat and waited. I finally got to check out after about 27 minutes and I approached one employee and said in a calm fashion that we had been waiting a really long time, and under the circumstances he could have taken taken care of for less than five minutes at the register. And he interrupted me and told me he wasn’t gonna listen to tell him to do his job. I told him I wasn’t telling him how to do his job I was complaining at how he was doing his job. He started to get more disgruntled and at that point, I dropped it and asked him for his name. Carter was extremely unprofessional, and there were others looking on that were in disgusted as well.
