I was at this location today to return some packages for Amazon. Zaid was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. He was courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this location to my friends amd family.

I had a very heavy package to ship and the store manager (Christian) was extremely helpful and was able to assist with some weight concerns. I appreciate his kindness every time I go in the store. I will continue to go to this location for the great service.

I had a time sensitive package that I needed to ship on Memorial Day and I was sure that everywhere was probably closed, but I decided to call this location just to check and to my surprise, they were open. When I got there it was a man running it, with help from his young pre-teen daughter and teenage son. He told me that he just bought the store and his kids, who were out of school for the summer, were here to help him and learn the business. Because he had just bought the store, he wanted to stay open for customers for the holiday. He was such a lovely guy and his kids were so sweet and helpful! I could feel their excitement for the business and could see the love/support between them, which was such a lovely thing to see and a boost to my morning. Despite the fact that he was (*officially*) manning it on his own, he was so fast and efficient, as were the kids! Highly recommend this location!

The staff here were fantastic! The manager was so helpful along with his assistant picking up fragile pieces and chairs to ship across the country. They were so careful and nothing was broken or chipped in any way! The wrapping was really so well done on all items! I couldn’t have asked for better service and kindness on their part! They went above and beyond for us! We are so happy and grateful to have found them!

Helpful and friendly service. It always smells like a Hallmark store when you walk in. I go out of my way to visit this store even though it's the furthest from my house.

I have a mailbox here. Wonderful beautiful friendly folks staff this location. They work hard and always have a smile and a kind word to say. They are considerate and aim to support you. Theres a closer location to me but I havenʻt dared switch; i love these people.

I needed to send a large shipment, and they helped me with the pickup and tracking, as well as a very good rate since the boxes were heavy and large. They're highly recommended, very friendly, and offer excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them.

I had to return my AT&T equipment and brought it here. The gal who processed my request was delightful. She gave me a few tips on what to expect and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. No wait when I arrived. ♡

Went in the UPS store to return a package to QVC. My printer broke down so all I had was a screen shot of my return label. Not being very computer savvy, I needed help from the store to create a label so the package could be shipped back. I want to Thank Louis McKay, the owner and Laura for their kind assistance and patience getting this done. Your efforts and kindness made my day so much brighter!! Thanks again!

Each time I have gone into the UPS store in Rancho Bernardo to mail a package or with a problem, they have been so helpful and kind!! I had a problem with one of my Amazon returns today and as usual, they took care of it with no problem! I highly recommend this UPS store. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.❤️
