Hey, so I just sent back my Bedjet, like 10-15 minutes ago. But the sales rep in the store was being super rude. I asked her for help with my label, and she kept saying it was my job since it was a prepaid label. So I stuck the label on the package, and she just ripped it off right away, saying she couldn't scan it. I politely asked her for some tape to secure the package since I saw her taping up the guy's package before me. But she straight-up refused and said it was my responsibility because it was a prepaid label. I told her I wasn't leaving the store until she taped up my box since it was already in her hands, but she kept saying no and that there were people waiting behind me. I ended up calling customer service to complain about her attitude.

Refused to pick up my USPS shipment, to my understanding any UPS can get a USPS shipment and don't give me a pick up receipt. But they refused. It was raining and I couldn't drive around for safety. Thanks store 6322.

Went there at 8:45 am on a Tuesday, and it was closed.Google maps said it was open. Even their posted hours said they open at 8:00 am. No posted sign of store being closed for any particular reason.

They are supposed to be open today @ 10am its 10:30am not open customers outside waiting.No signage saying they will not be open today.

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to! The staff is very friendly and efficient. Everything is quick when I come in. They’re a new store and I’ve been coming here since the day they opened. Won’t go anywhere else but here, forever.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!! This is the worst ups store I have ever been to, they are so rude to customers, as a woman I expect some type of respect and courtesy, I have never had such horrible experience at a shipping store, since my last encounter, me and my husband drive to the Friars rd location even when it is 15 mins away from us to avoid coming here. Even my husband who is the most laid back patient man, who served in the military, says this business has the worst customer service and does not mind the drive. That's rare for him so I know this place is bad. We have been here a couple of times and has been a terrible experience. They truly have no manners.

Most unhelpful ups store ever!!! I'm bringing an oversize box, can't hold the door it falls off and neither of the attendant even attempts to help, if it wasn't for another customer I would have fallen. Then I asked them for tape which they said it was for sale, yet they were happy to tape another customers box, I give them the box and he wants me to move it and put it against the printer as if I had not moved it all over the store yet, I told him why can't I just leave it there and he moves it as they usually do, he insisted and I had to say I'm not moving it anymore. Mind you it was a young guy who could have offered to help, yet they are so lazy and unhelpful. This has never happened at any other ups store to me, horrible location!! They could have at the very least helped with the door. Unbelievable... move it over there!! How about I just gave it to you and YOU do your job which is after you receive it, you move and organize your stuff. No he wanted me to move it so that it was right there for the driver. Wow what a gentleman. Then when I say no he looks at me like he is doing me a favor what in the world? Gen Z has no manners at all.OWNER REPLIED that they were really busy, there was only one other customer with two attendants... it's beyond me that you would lie on top of it all. People refrain from businesses that have this attitude and lie!! I taped my package and I moved it, it is not my first time shopping a package and after it is scanned the employee takes the package from the customer not ask them to move it and they always offer help your store is the first one to have this attitude. I don't need to read instructions and will NOT BE RETURNING. I will also put a complaint with UPS so they know how you treat customers.

This place is practically useless for drop offs if your package is bigger than 6X6x6 save yourself time and don't stop by.

I wasted my time. I chose to go here because I thought it would be the most efficient way to drop off my stop. This is the only UPS I have ever been to that has not taken my USPS item.

Do NOT use this store for Amazon returns. They take a ridiculous amount of time than necessary to scan items and begin the return process to Amazon. It’s been over 5 days and they still haven’t scanned my items into the system. I had to get Amazon involved to tell them to move it along. They have a ton of excuses and don’t care for customers. I dropped of another return package to Amazon at the UPS store on mission center road and I got an email notification when I got home that my item was scanned and the return process had been initiated. Avoid this location at all costs!

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. I was looking up business hours and came across a recent critical review that irked me enough to leave my own. Let's not forget that there a people from all countries living in our city and YOUR cultural norm/mannerisms are not the standard by any means. Just because someone is speaking in a different language than you does not mean they are talking about you. Please get over yourself

Absolutely a horrible experience. Shipping a package to Canada and the manager does not know her job and will not listen. Contacted by Canada UPS dealing with Canadian Customs, all that needed to be done is an email sent from the store to UPS Canada listing the items individually.Manager would not shut up long enough to solve the problem, but instead give every excuses in the book that they didn't screw it up.Package is now delayed and causing issue. Go to any other store but this one. Horrible experience and the staff will not give me a number to contact the owner of the store to complain. What a waste of life and a waste of my time. Now I am dealing with UPS Canada solving this stores problem myself.

UPS website states that it’s open on Sundays, but driving to the store and walking to the store with the door locked says it’s closed on Sundays. Fix your hours on the website!

Very convenient location! Friendly and very helpful staff. Hold for pickup package is a fixed rate $15 per box, great when you are full time on the road.
