The Tierrasanta branch owner, Doug, and his team are very helpful and friendly. The place is so clean and never backed up with lines. The owner is a notary and always has a notary available, including on Sundays. They are a great addition to the community!

You know one of those places you always look forward to going!? This is that place for me. Everyone is so kind. I just printed off some birthday invitations. This young guy took his time and made my invitations look amazing. My three year-old daughter loves going to the UPS store because the lady with the measuring tape always lets her try! Everyone has always been efficient and friendly and I absolutely would recommend the store to anyone!!

This location is the best UPS store I’ve been to - I came in with like 427 boxes and Amir could not have been more patient and kind with me! He even offered me a dolly to bring my stuff in, had endless patience and smiles. 10/10 recommend and if you’re Amir’s boss - know you got a good one!! ❤️
