We’ve been with UPS store ex mailbox etc since 2006. I must say that this store goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We have business account as well as personal, and I can’t thank them enough for being great to us for all these years. Sharky and the team are wonderful. A+++ ??

Very helpful. Notary assisted me even on a Sunday when they typically aren't available. Came in clutch. Sharick helped out a lot.

We typically use La Jolla Mailbox for all of our free Amazon returns but today my husband and I were sick and we sent a friend instead to the nearby UPS Store. We had 3 boxes that Amazon had shipped to us in one larger box which we had already discarded. We gave our friend cash so that she could purchase another cardboard box that our free shipping return label could be attached to. Imagine our shock when she brought back the attached receipt for $52.26. We immediately called the store because we assumed there had been an error and that they had not used our label. The rather unfriendly gentleman who answered told us that it was the price for the BOX! That is the last time we will ever take anything to the Birdrock UPS Store. Let this be a warning to other senior citizens.

I have been coming in here for the last three years as a loyal customer. Lately it’s been a little bit of a hit and miss w service. For instance, I came in with a priority shipping label and was sold to 2 brand new bubble wrap packages when I didn’t need it. I’m now out $11. They had a bunch of recycled packages I could’ve used and they just neglected to offer. I bring in extra packages that I have on hand and just donate them so when I come in it would be nice if I am thought of in that way. This isn’t something that they have to do but this is the type of customer service that I really appreciate. Especially this time because I was selling a couple packages of diapers and now it really isn’t worth the trouble because of the money I lost having to buy mailers from UPS, that were unnecessary. When I asked for clarification, the woman told me something about regulation and how they don’t have to regulate Amazon packages so they reserve their recycled mailers for customers who are sending an Amazon returns. Then she mentioned that I did have a priority shipping label but I still wouldn’t of been able to take advantage of a recycled mailer because the (small) package of newborn size diapers I was sending would’ve been too fat. The diapers would have absolutely fit in a normal size mailer, she just knew she wasn’t going to be able to give me a refund because the new packages were already sealed The whole process took about 20 minutes and it just didn’t really seem as efficient or economical as I would have liked.

I took a passport photo at this location. The quality was terrible and they told me it was fine. I did not want to argue but will be planning to take a new photo at Costco. A total waste of money. The 'manager' was not friendly, did not make eye contact, and the person taking the photo clearly had not slept in a long time. Overall a negative experience.

Usually short-staffed, less friendly, and more expensive than the UPS store in PB. Great location, though. $2 to print a label. About 5 minutes of not being acknowledged. The other UPS store charges nothing and is very friendly.

one of the best shipping experiences i've had thus far.i had to ship out multiple large boxes and items and they were incredibly supportive + patient + sweet. i had items where i simply couldn't find large enough boxes and they created the packaging at the store for a fairly decent price. go here if you are shipping your things out of state / far distances +

Don’t know how this store has 3 stars.This is by far the best customer service I’ve received at any shipping stores.Not sure if he’s the owner or store manger but he’s always there and very helpful. He cares about the seniors in the community and always cares more about helping than money. I see how he takes time to help older people when they can figure out technical stuff, and he also encourages his employees to do the same.

This store has always been my GO TO when it comes to printing, copying and shipping. Sharik and his team do an incredible job connecting with customers and going the extra mile - no matter what the ask. They are friendly, genuine and always engaged. I could not be happier with my experience(s) here and I will forever be a returning customer!

I truly have never had a more delightful experience working through an issue before. Just when I was about to swear off UPS as a whole, Sharik Sayed turned my entire experience around. We talked over the course of a few months and he always remembered the little details of our previous conversations. He was patient, caring, and fought to make things right. I will continue to use UPS solely because I know Sharik works there. I could go on and on about the exceptional customer service he provided. UPS needs to give this man a raise.
