Recently, I had very positive experiences with this location. Derrick is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, James went out of his way to help me, which was very much appreciated. Marjam is friendly and helpful. Taylor is efficient.
Overall, a good place to do business, such as sending out packages.

I wish I could leave a 0. Clients in front of me were verbally berated over a shipping notification saying their package was at the store (it wasn’t) and when I stepped up to the counter after waiting twenty minutes I immediately got yelled at for confusing a QR code and a shipping label. No room to ask a question, or for more help, just repeatedly told “THAT IS NOT A QR CODE” with no solution on how to make my return. Avoid this place at all costs, go to another location.

It’s unclear why this store has so many 1 star reviews.
This place is great! The store is very clean and organized.
Derrick helped me with my boxes and my box purchases.
The staff here is kind and it’s SUPER easy to do Amazon returns here.
UPS is naturally more expensive than other shipping companies but I believe the quality meets the price.

I’ve never enjoyed going to the store, specifically because of one employee that is unfriendly and condescending, and nearly every comment he makes. I haven’t gotten his name, but will soon and will update this review. He’s about 5’9”, wears glasses, no significant facial hair, other than minor stubble. He does not appear to be cut out for customer service based work and comes across as sour and unpleased with his position. I am sure there have been other complaints regarding this employee and I am not the first. It gives the store a bad look and has certainly influenced future shipping business for me, as it relates. Now I just go to the FedEx down the street, with much better personalities and attitudes.
