Charged me $4 to print 1 label. I asked why it was so expensive and employee mentioned “the owner raised the prices.” Wonder if the owner knows there’s a UPS on every other corner that charges 14 cents a sheet. Will never return to this location.

I had a package delivered there. I received an email saying it was waiting for me to pick up, so I went in to grab it. They told me they don't have it, and couldn't do ANYTHING to help me find it

I've worked in La Jolla for 20 years and have always had a great experience at this ups store location. I've always been welcomed and treated kindly Minus one Unfriendly female employee a month ago I really noticed the attitude towards me , she never greets me usually walks away to the back. But there will always be one bad apple in the bunch And the others definitely make up for her rudeness. The last few times recently Jessica has helped me with my Amazon returns she's so friendly and a happy bubbly personality she's quick at scanning and patient when I can't get my phone to corporate. She greets with a smile and ends with have a great day every time . I appreciate her for always making my experience lovely . The guys are great too I've had good experiences with their customers service as well . Over all I definitely recommend this location for all your shipping needs

I do not like running errands yet if I have to go to UPS (this exact location) I am always eager. It is the most well ran establishment. I love how quick in and out and efficient they are. Thank you for making life easy.

I have never seen such an inept bunch of Bozos in my life. There were 4 people working. One other customer. I was served by a girl who clearly wasn't trained properly. Nobody wanted to help her. It was painful to watch. This poor girl asking for help, the one older robot working there showed her how it worked then helped another customer. The other two young men pretty much refused to help her with the program and printer. What an embarrassment.

I love this UPS store. I have a mailbox and they also receive all of my packages. They are all super friendly and efficient. I love that even though they are in the village, they have a parking lot. Once in a while they get busy especially if someone is getting something notarized, but usually they are pretty quick. They know me when I come in and start getting the packages. They also scan everything that comes in and send me an email when I receive a package.

This from the UPS store: Completely inaccurate accounting of the circumstances. UPS store has a problem and they don't want to fix the problem. My package is still lost and not being tracked by UPS. SPARE YOURSELF THR HEARTACHE AND USE FEDEX. I received your review of The UPS Store and looked into it with the staff. Here was there report. Let me know if there's anything I can do to assist you with this claim. -Dennis Stein, Franchise Owner --- Michael Librizzi contacted 163 on Friday 3 pm to report that the package 1Z2XF1830382206367 had not been delivered and had no scans. This shipment was UPS Ground residential so Spencer explained that UPS has until 8 pm to deliver and sometimes the scans are updated after the package is delivered. Spencer also explained that a claim would be processed if package was lost. Michael called back an hour later and spoke with Dawn. She confirmed sender and recipients address. Dawn tried to open the claim on UPS.com, but the online system would not allow her to began the claim because tracking showed in transit. She explained to Michael but he was upset. She explained she would try again Monday. Yesterday Dawn started the investigation and contact the sender, Eileen xxx and left message with update. As of today the tracking only shows investigation started and package has not been delivered. [inaccurate as shown in UPS App " Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet. 08/10/2022 5:15 PM". The only other entry in the tracking App, "We've begun an investigation to locate the package. 08/15/2022 1:58 PM Sparks, NV, US" ] Dawn says that she did not hang up on the customer nor was she rude. She says that she tried to explain the process but the customer had a very strong accent and was not listening to her. [ no I do not have an accent, and yes, Dawn hung up on me]

Spare yourself and use FedEx !!This store does not scan all packages and after losing my package ($500 value), they claim it’s not their problem. “Take it up with UPS” then the woman manager hung up on me. Prior to this, I spoke with an employee who admitted that the driver is in too much of a rush to scan all the packages. So in other words, if you drop off your item at the store, you’re on your own.LaJolla deserves better than this company and this manager.SUPER RUDE MANAGER !Use FEDEX and spare yourself the heartache of a lost item and time.

I was filling out a time-sensitive fax form, when this customer walked in who was completely belligerent! From the moment she walked in, she complained loudly that it wasn't the desk staff she was used to. Somehow that was such a problem for her? I saw the staff Scott handle the womans requests without rising to her weird attitude, as well as juggle mine and other customers' questions. I felt this UPS helped me feel secure that I was able to fax an important document with verified delivery, and I found the staff very helpful.
