UPS cost me money, caused a massive headache, and completely wrecked an entire week of my life. I ordered a phone and was given no option but signature on delivery. That meant I had to wait outside from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.—nine exhausting hours in the heat—because UPS can’t do its job properly. No knock, no doorbell, just a slip saying “no one was home,” while I was standing there the entire time.
On the second attempt, things somehow got worse—the package was marked as “lost.” No phone, no explanation, no accountability. I was told to just return it to the sender. The driver even admitted the package was on his route but said, “I can’t find it in my truck—I didn’t pack it, not my fault.” He took my number and promised to call after checking with his supervisor. He never did.
Now I’m still being charged for a phone I never received, stuck with the stress, the runaround, and zero resolution. UPS operates with incompetence and zero regard for its customers. I hope this company is hit with every lawsuit it deserves and collapses under the weight of its own failure.

I went here for return shipping for which I already have the ups labels in the email. But I didn't have them printed. And ups here is charging customers to take the ups label printout. UPS can't even take their own label printouts? Want to make profit down to the cents!

The Staff Members greeted each customer with a welcome-in to the store. The Staffs Members apologize each customer for the long wait. My experience with the Staff’s service at the desk was very professional with assisting my needs, asked me how’s my day, and greeted with an exit message of have a good rest of your day.

I needed to send my passport to New York for visa stamping and include a return label. The store associate misled me by stating that although we could use 'Ground Shipping' from San Diego to New York, they could only generate a two-day return label, and the system wouldn't allow them to create a Ground Shipping label for the return journey. However, a day later, when I spoke with my friends, I discovered that one of them had sent their passport using Commercial shipping for sending and a Residential label for the return trip. I feel like I was deceived and overcharged.
