I just wanted to say this store was amazing. The two ladies who helped me even though I was stressed and emotional the day I came, were absolutely wonderful and I didn’t get their names, but once again wonderful and helpful. I just got my package that I had shipped from this location and they did a wonderful job packing and shipping it as well. If I’m ever in the area again, I will ship from there again if need be!

This was my first time shipping medications for donation, and Sam, a staff member at UPS Store #1433, was incredibly helpful. He guided me in choosing the best envelope for shipping the medications and assisted me throughout the entire transaction.

Today I shipped two electronic devices to a friend, and Raymond made that process so easy, that I was able to leave my husband in the car and get back out to him before he finished his coffee! If anyone from corporate reads this, Raymond deserves a raise! And a panda.

I come in often to ship boxes to New York and Amazon returns. The employee Maddy is always a delight to work with! She greets me by name upon entry and is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Great service needs to be recognized. This location gets 100 stars!

Who is in charge of this circus? You might want to have a talk with your clowns, whoever you are. Store hours mean absolutely nothing to these people. I drove 45 minutes to this location and arrived at 4:29 pm, only to find that, yet again, they are closed before their posted business hours. The hours on their door state they were supposed to be open until 5 pm. This is the third time this happens with this specific location in the last couple months. I wasted valuable time and gas only to find they work whatever hours they want. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and bad for business, to say the least.

They wanna charge me $2.14 for printing the single-page shipping label that I received form the seller for my return. It was a very heavy box, I had to carry it back to my car and find a printer. What can I say, it sucks.

I have been a customer/mailbox owner with this location for 5 years now and I really like the atomsphere created by the manager there - Matilda. She is one of the best store managers I came across as a small business owner. She leads her team by demonstrating courteousness, politeness and an unmatched sense of client service. She would greet customers by names, and I was pleasantly surprised that she even remembers my mailbox number!
I would steal her away if I get a chance :)
