This is the closest UPS to me that’s why I go here. The service with those young kids are awful! Lacking customers service attitude and just unhappy with their life. I hope they either get trained on customer service or they hire better people.

Terrible, lol what a joke. The girl didn't know how to put in the correct address with the unit number. So i asked how is it going to get to the right unit, and she replies you can try the post office. So i did. UPS, never again

I wanted to share my positive experience at the UPS store in Scripps Poway, Sara and her team. Despite the store being consistently busy with a long line, the employees there are working fast and are incredibly friendly. Their efficiency and kindness make the waiting time much more bearable. Thank you Sara and the team for providing excellent and kind customer service! I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Keep up the great work!

Not a pleasant Notary experience with Mina. She is rude, communicates poorly and doesn't fully understand what a Notary does demanding unnecessary backup documents. The other Notary there, Michelle, I think, is excellent

I sent 3 large prints professionally framed and they got to the destination completely loose rattling inside a larger box without any wrapping or protection. They frames were broken. Terrible service

I just sent 3 large pictures professionally framed through this UPS store and they were delivered rattling in a large box without any wrapping or protection or even a fragile sticker, after the employee promising me that they would be well packed and secure. Needless to say the pictures got there completely disassembled. Very poor and terrible service. Never going back there. Btw the cost was $192 from SD to DC.

I just had such a wonderful customer experience at this store!! I came in for what should have been a very simple Amazon return of multiple items. However, due to my own errors, there were complications. Dee, the amazing person who helped me, was so incredibly patient and informative!! She went over and above. As I was trying to figure things out with the Amazon app trying to fix my errors, she helped other customers, which was absolutely the right thing to do! Through that, I had an opportunity to observe her helping others, and she provided the same patient and informative guidance! She was amazing! I must note also that I have always had great experiences at this store! This one was just so over and above that I felt compelled to write a review!! Thank you, Dee...you made my day!!

Was in a hurry and dropped off about a dozen pre-paid Packages at this place since it was closer to the freeway than USPS in Poway. However, just about all of them were returned to sender with little questions marks next to the pre-paid labels. Not once have we had this problem dropping off these same packages at USPS or the Other UPS store up the road. Won't trust them with my mail again

Slowest service. inept service. not helpful. zero trouble shooting skills. literally took apart a package i had carefully put together for shipping, couldn't help me figure out how to send back, THEN JUST LEFT IT LIKE THAT. and gave me a look and said "i just ship things."

Wow, I cannot believe this happened. I ordered a box of Hershey's for a friend and put down the wrong address. I found out that the box had been delivered to this UPS Store and Marco signed for it. I called and spoke with a lady who said that they had the package but it was going to be $10.00 to release it. She said that the friend I sent it to didn't have a P.O. Box and they usually don't except packages from the delivery company On-Trac. So I paid $10.00 to the UPS Store which should have refused the package because (a) delivery company they don't work with (2) no P.O. Box on package (3) the address is a general address for a strip mall. So petty.
