UPS Store insurance and shipping is a literal scam. I insured a $450 item, packed it exactly the same way I received it safely from Taiwan (foam on every side of the box, extra foam to hold the item centered in the box). The box was clearly dropped as the item sliced through all the foam and the thick box itself, and shattered (it was hard plastic, not even glass, requiring tons of force to shatter) and they refuse to honor the insurance I paid for. I will never use UPS or UPS Store again as long as I live, legitimately. Hope that is the outcome you were looking for, UPS Store.

This is my go-to UPS Store for all my Business needs. They are consistently fast, efficient, and professional. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, even during peak hours.
The staff are knowledgeable.

This location is close to home so I have frequented it for 3 and a half years & the people are the nicest you’ll find. They are super helpful & my son even loves visiting since they always let him pick out a sticker or 2. Customer service cannot be beat!
