I do not recommend this place, very bad customer service, the people there seem to be unhappy with their jobs, very bad service, you ask something and they answer very rudely and angry, I go there because it is close to my work, there are only two very friendly people, two men who make a difference, but if they are not there or are busy, the problems begin.

The staff were very professional and very polite. Their customer service skills are extremely excellent. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help their customers. If you want to send or receive a package, then this is one UPS store that's worth it. Especially if you cross into Otay. Even if you live in Tijuana, then it's still worth the trip. You don't have to take a trolley to get here.

Most staff here is pretty nice but their customer service not so well, in trying to please their customers in situations where they’re in complete fault … They completely ruined our family vacation we’ve been planninv for a over a year now … I ordered almost $400 worth of clothes to take on our trip … keep in mind I had pay for an extra suitcase to take all of this … I got the confirmation email as usual on Monday that they had my package ready for pick up . My husband went in Tuesday but since he drives a motorcycle to work and passes usually for packages he only picked up a smaller one that also arrived that same day and told them he was gonna come back the next day for the bigger one once he took the cars or brought a bigger backpack to take it . The worker of that day took it back and rescanned it in the system…So my husband went in the very next day Wednesday only to find out that they lost my package that they have no idea where it’s at . Asked to check cámaras he said they couldn’t because manager wasn’t there and he only had keys… my husband and I had to wake up at 4Am to cross the boarder with our 2 kids to be there as soon as they opened to speak to manager and for him to check cámaras … said he didn’t know where it was and that it was possible ups probably took it & that he was call us after checking cámaras and calling ups … he returned the call around noon stating the ups or delivery guys didn’t take it & that he checked cámaras and couldn’t see anything or who took it !! That he just saw worker put it behind them on the counter …
How is that even possible ?? if my package was 24 pound package and a decent size ??? Also the cámaras are right in front of where they hand packages out … and they claim to not knowing what happened to the package or don’t know if they gave it to someone. How can they not check who took it from the counter ??? And why would they hand a package to someone without making sure who name is on the package ??
I’ve been crying for 2 days straight now … and what was supposed to be a fun trip turned into a nightmare… lost $500 worth of clothes & $60 on extra luggage & now I have to time or money to rebuy anything for my trip and my flight leaves this week 😭
just not ok … they need to take responsibility for their actions because money doesn’t just grow on trees, we all work hard for things and the fact that they don’t even make an effort to check who they gave it to is crazy .

This UPS store really doesn't care about its customers. I needed to print a shipping label for my return package. I was told that there is no signal in the store so I should step outside to send them the email to print. I told the lady that my phone had a perfectly fine signal and that I could send it right there. She insisted about 2 or 3 times that I go outside anyways because, again, she thinks there is no signal even though I told her my phone was working fine.
Now, I understand this was likely done to help the two people behind me, but I did not feel I was being listened to. She could have easily told me to wait on the side while I sorted things out instead of trying to usher me outside, forcing me to wait in line again. I had already waited 10 minutes to get to the front.
This was my first experience here and I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

When in to try to return some stuff from Amazon. Store is pretty close to the border so my internet wasn't working. They weren't willing to help and eventhough there is a The UPS guest wifi they don't even bother. Horrible service.
