This is THE UPS store you want to visit. They do more than you might realize. From returning that Amazon item to packing your fragile items to making copies and more. Adonis is always ready to help with a friendly attitude and lots of know-how. Conveniently located near La Mesa, El Cajon and San Diego off the 125.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I was given , as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a “ wats up” not the usual hello or how can we help you, when I began to tell the clerk that my package was not dropped off even though I was sitting in my living room looking out my front window , he immediately cut me off to let me know that they had nothing to do with the driver or the company, that they simply are just a store, when I explained that if they could call the driver to re attempt the delivery because I was with in the one hour window he continued to explain that they are just a store, so when I told him I don’t mean to be a Karen I just took a day off to received this package that was never actually delivered , he simply replied with , “I know, that’s a bummer, but we’re just a store” so I asked ok well what can he do, he gave me the 1800 number and told me that I could try that and see if that works , He had no interest or intention in wanting to help resolve an issue , he directly reflects the entire companies image . Great job UPS ! Now I know why you guys wear brown ! It matches your level of quality for the customers , and let me tell you it does not smell good.

The employee working today, April 14 at 6:50 refused to scan a QR code I provided him for a return despite the directions I received from the retailer explicitly stating the QR code I was providing him to scan was the correct QR code to use. This employee has zero problem solving skills and proceeding to stone wall me and provide me with no solutions whatsoever or even try to scan the code. I have never had such bad customer service at FedEx so I’ll continue working with them instead.

This is the best UPS store in town. There are some awful ones too, so I recommend going here above any others even if you have to take a detour. The staff always goes above and beyond here. Once, they even tracked down an express piece where the label had fallen off and a driver put a different label on! Never have I had anyone at UPS go above and beyond like this store. Don, and the entire team, are a 10/10.

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team at UPS! Richard, Corey, Adonis, and the rest of the crew are always so helpful and extremely kind. This location truly stands out because of their exceptional customer service.
No matter what I need—whether it’s shipping packages or navigating tricky situations—they’re always willing to go above and beyond to help. I’ve even seen them deal with some challenging customers, and they always handle it with such grace and professionalism.
