I love Urban Optiks and drive from Palm Springs for my eye exams and to purchase glasses. Best selection of frames anywhere…there is something for everyone. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The lady who calls and texts tone on the phone is very rude and the way she asks you questions is just not professional at all. I think she does that when she thinks a person is black. I don't know if all of them there are this way, but I would never go there and if I was you ask for the owner or director of the business.

Phenomenal place. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Eyewear collection is top notch; they are one of the only carriers in SD county of my all-time favorite brand, Matsuda. Been a customer for 4 years with no plans to change it up.
