Oh no, US Bank! We're so sorry we were so very irritated and offended by your indifferent staff during our recent visit! That is definitely not the experience we'd hoped to have when visiting your Mission Hills location. We understand how important it is for you to have your customers adhere to your policies and procedures when opening new accounts or making deposits into existing accounts! Just as my partner and I were attempting to do when we were at your Missions Hills location just the other day. Gosh! I had no idea I needed an appointment just to hand you my money. Who would have ever guessed in this day and age?! We will try harder next time not to be so thoughtlessly selfish by putting our own busy schedules before yours! My partner was a little stunned, however, that he couldn't even make a deposit at the counter into one of his already existing accounts. You see, there was no one behind that big, beautiful and grand counter where customers sometimes *do* make various bank transactions. Imagine our surprise: 1:45 pm on a Friday and not a soul there! "Gobsmacked" is the expression, I believe. And all the while, as my partner stared in disbelief at the empty counter free of tellers and other persons, I was being so told *ever-so-kindly* by one of your young and charming employees (wearing a tee-shirt, no less! kewl!) that he was just too busy to open a checking/savings for me. It seems that this busy young man with whom I was chatting had much more important matters to attend to rather than the two of us and our selfish banking needs. And - adding to all the drama - there was no one else in house who could assist us. Fun! May I also add that I don't think I've ever in my life been so politely and cheerfully directed to get lost. Yes, we've learned *so much* from our recent experience at your bank! And we promise to both guide ourselves accordingly from here on in as well as make some *significant changes* to our current banking situation. Thank you so much, US Bank! ^Best, Jules *EDIT: In response to US Bank business owner note below: No, thank *you*! We so appreciate your timely response. And had your employee(s) at the Mission Hills branch spent even 1/10th the amount of time and energy you've obviously put into your note, we wouldn't even be having this "conversation" now. Imagine that! And thank you for your concern! Not to worry, though, as we're currently all set with our banking needs at this time! ^Jules

Tried to open a special trust account as a vehicle to purchase a condo with 2/3 other banks. they either could not do it, their referenced website did not work correctly, or couldn't do it in the time required. This branch accomplished everything in the time needed!

I like this bank, there is always parking and never a line. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they actually pick up the phone if you call there. I consolidated my cc debt there and got a good rate. The app is easy to use. This bank is so so much better than the larger chain banks. They have an ATM at all 7-11s. I've been a customers for at least 10 years and no complaints at all!

Jamal really takes care of its customers, what a nice young man. It was hot and I was sweaty and he went looking for some tissues to give me. Above and beyond his duties. It's service like that I'll be banking there a long time.

What friendly service, such nice people, especially Jamal who helped me today. It was hot and I came in sweaty. Such a gentlemen, he went looking for a tissues for me, so I could wipe the sweat off my face. I think he went above and beyond to help me today and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks US Bank for hiring nice people like Jamal.

Been banking here for years. This branch is not crowded and the people are friendly and helpful. They hooked me up with some great (financial) products and will even email or call if they're helping you with something. No complaints, plenty of parking, almost never a line.

Came here to deposit money atm outside took my card called to see if they can help me they said they'll return my call in 5min till this day I still don't get a call this is the worst location ever this location is really making me think about changing banks plus it was like 15 min till open and all the suits in there having a meeting not one of them could lift a finger to help

Never had so BAD Customer service. Employees are demanding how they want to work with you.Not what is convenient for customer.I`m bringing money from the business for over 15 years and was never so bad.Branch manager protected the employee who refuse to do the service which is paid for.If you build drive true banking for customers why you asking me to come inside.Yes you have to walk to the window and back twice and you get paid for.Branch manager wait for 5 minutes to come to the window and pick up fight with me over drive true issue instead to serve other customers who where honking behind me.Nobody will come inside negative environment so deal with drive true and change your customers service: We need you not just your money.One year later, the situation did not change at all.They hire an employee who hats himself and it us making every transaction extra long.U come with 80 checks and he was reading and looking at every signature.Right now I amhere20 minutes behind me is 5 cars and two people went in a lobbyySorry for you Dude it is not my fault if you continuing someone else money

Not impressed with customer service. Needed to wire money today. The security guard let me in. But the desk representative grumbled that she shouldn't have done that and I needed an appointment. Granted, I needed two forms of ID to wire so I had to leave anyway, but definitely found another branch to go to. The desk representative was low energy and kinda rude...not the kind of person I actually want to hand my money to.Went to the Rosecrans branch and highly recommend going there for help. Walked in, no appt needed, and got my wire sent. The gentleman who helped me seemed way happier and much nicer to engage with.

I'm sure people can agree you either love your bank your hate your bank. For me I like U.S. Bank Branch in Mission Hills Area. One you have a private parking lot and street parking. Make sure you call ahead for an appointment as the bank can be closed do to COVID-19 mess. Overall i never had a bad experience at the US Bank location. Whenever I have any issues I call customer service first to prevent going into the branch at location. For me the reason I like this US Bank location is for several reasons. One the staff is always polite, Also management is always here to assist with you bank issues that requires management approval. I never had any issues with US Bank. One of the nicer well staffed branch.
