David was so rude from the moment he greeted me. I didn’t put my address on the envelope because I hadn’t paid for it yet and he gave me an attitude like I ruined his day. I didn’t know I could write on something I didn’t pay for. Then he continued to be sassy to me when I explained I hadn’t paid for it. I waited for another woman instead of going to him and she was so sweet and kind. David needs a new job because clearly he hates people but hates himself more!

Staff is great- knowlegable and friendly! Lines can be long but that's probably because of the location. Parking in the lot is very convenient!

Located on the corner of university and 46th. Has its own fenced parking lot. This area was a bit sketchy. Homeless in the area, loud music blasting from cars while in red light, abandon cars, it’s not the best part of neighborhood.
The front lobby had a large PO Box area accessible from 6am-4pm, closed on Sundays and holidays.
Service area was in the back. It’s really small. There was one person working and no line. Can’t imagine how this place would look when it’s busy.
Besides the small service area, the customer service was quick.

I walked in 10 mins before closing and Natalie welcomed me in! She helped me pick out the correct packaging and helped me find the best price to ship my package. Her customer service is amazing!! She deserves some accreditation for her amazing work🙌

The day I was there there were a lot of people in line. And three workers behind the counter with only one helping people. We all have things to do do your job.

Employee are racist towards white people. Take too long to help me. Rude and biased to Mexicans only.opens late all the time.
