There was a problem with a package that I had dropped off that had the wrong address, the Asian gentleman with glasses was able to retrieve my package before it was scanned, saved me alot of money and trouble, thank you Sir!! Sorry I didn't get your name....

I can in having questions about sending books, waited patiently my turn, Reba immedietly yelled “ you cant use that label” without offering a alternative….i asked for the other employee as she made me feel inadequate and yelled at me… Apple attempted to carry on the bad attitude and started mocking me w a jingle “ Kristi from LJ, Kristi from LJ ….zkristi from LJ in front of other custoners, while Reba bad mouthed me to other customers…. I was horrified and formal complaint. .

i have been a resident of University City for the past 20 years. This PO was always a go to. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My last 2 visits were very unpleasant. The staff always has an attitude and never help with any packing or shipping. They will put you on the side if you just need to address an envelope. The last 2 times they refused to ship items. The first one being a box of shoes. The worker insisted the shoes be put in a different box which I had to purchase then pushed me off to the side so he could help other customers. The next package, same worker was a package that I needed help packing with packing peanuts and tape. Again, he refused and pushed me off to the side. I refuse to do business with these super lazy government employees. Funny, when I went to the UPS store the agent bent over backwards to help me on both occassions. Packaged up both packages and didn't push me off to the side so he could help other customers. Which is standard practice at the post office and very rude. So I guess the worker at the UPS store making mininum wage vs the USPS employee is hands down 5 star service.

I’ve only been here a couple times, always a good experience. Today that changed, thurs morning I arrived right when they opened. The person that “helped” me was middle age Filipino woman. I told her I would like to ship my grandmothers bday present overnight. She responded “are you sure about that?” I replied what do you mean, whatever I need to do to get it to her no later than Saturday. She tells me “ok calm down” although I naturally have a calm demeanor. She gives me the sticker and said “well if you don’t care about the price then go over there and fill this out” I felt this woman was assuming I could not financially pay the shipping of $70. Her delivery was very unprofessional. I believe she should have just provided me with the estimated price to ensure I was aware. So my elderly client that was with me says “we are on the go this morning” the lady looks at me and said “yeah I can tell” At that point I felt disrespected so I decided to leave and go to another location. I am a very kind individual and believe we should all be respected. That lady brought her emotions to work and it is unacceptable. Bad business!

I was shipping a mug with some cards but wasn't familiar with the best option to do so. I spent some time deciding on a package and the shipping. I went up to the counter to see how much it would cost and if there was a better way to ship my items. David directed me towards a different package and shipping rate that was affordable and more suitable for my items. Thanks David! 10/10 customer service.
The post office itself is well-kept with many options for packaging and shipping, no wonder I had trouble deciding!

Would not recommend renting a PO box here. They used to leave a key for packages so you can pick up from a larger locker. Now they make you go to the window and there's always a long line. Really inefficient.

Very clean post office. They got a number of shipping supplies and make shipping a package very easy. The staff is kind, friendly and works efficiently.

The gentleman who helped with my toddler’s passport photo and application was phenomenal. The whole experience was super easy and quick, and everyone who works there was kind and helpful.
