I love this USPS location! First of all, the A/C hits so good when you walk in. Secondly, the staff here are great at keeping the line moving during busy times. Lastly, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, often suggesting things to me I didn't realize were options. Going to this location sparks joy!

The Postal Worker: Bahez at the PB USPS office is AMAZING. He totally helped resolve all the issues I was having with mail and was just amazing all around. I hope he gets a promotion FR.

While the staff is nice, it just seems that USPS is a few decades behind. I went there with a digital label, and they asked me to come back once I had it printed. Then, once I printed the label, they asked me to purchase tape to tape it onto the envelope.
Needless to say this is a pretty mediocre experience compared to the other alternatives (ups, fedex)

Dont know why this PO has such a bad rating, its by FAR the happiest, friendliest, and most helpful PO i've ever been to, and I've lived in 6 cities all over the states and run a shipping company, so I've been to quite a few. Truly a great experience, for..you know, the post office.

Genuinely one of the better customer service experiences I've had, and not just at post offices. Bahez and Raven in particular went above and beyond to resolve a couple different issues I had over the course of several months. They repeatedly followed up, and offered additional options to get what I needed. This location is on point.

They all pretended l did not exist there for their postal service. I was just trying to mail a package to my friend in another city. I felt they were racists.

I had to send a mail and I found the staff to be courteous, helpful and friendly. What I find amazing was that it would close to the closing hour and they were not in a rush to get out the clients. Excellent service!

I went to pick up mail today and got assisted by a passive aggressive condescending blond woman at the counter all the way to the left. She said it wasn’t there and I told her that I called up and they said it was ready for pickup. Well that seemed to not go well with her and then the conversation went south. She clearly has a fake personality and even after showing her that their branch not only wrote the wrong date for pick up but even put the wrong location, which was a 30 minute drive away. She could have at least acknowledged fault and apologized for inconveniencing me. Nope she tried to play it off as if I was the one who should just listen. Rude! I hope she reads this review and drops her entitlement, otherwise nobody should be working there with bad attitudes. Apparently customer service is not in fashion anymore.

The customer service is great, they really try hard...But, this post office being the only one for a very populated city (PV) can get pretty busy at times, and the wait times can be excruciating.

I pay extra for restricted signatures on packages I send to San Diego, which the Pacific Beach post office delivers. I track these packages and get updates. Today, they delivered a package to “an individual” at the given address. Whoever that “individual” is will put the package outside the door- exactly what I don’t want! This is a beach area and theft is a real possibility! This keeps happening!!! Instead of honoring the restricted signature and leaving a notice on the door so the package can be picked up at the post office, USPS leaves it with just anyone!!! I would give the Pacific Beach P.O. zero stars if I could!
