There is a Asian man I think named Kenny who is the most difficult person to deal with. There’s always something wrong when I go to him and every other lady in there I have no problem with.

This is the slowest and most inefficient post office. The workers are super slow and don’t care about the long lines. It’s excruciatingly slow. Please be warned. The Carmel Mtn branch is so much better. Even with long lines it moves quickly. I only go to the RB branch when I need to and try to avoid at all costs. There’s a lady on the leftmost counter with glasses that is super duper slow.

Hey lady with the awful looking yellow dyed hair who really did not want to work today, I'm thinking you need a new prescription for your glasses because I was nowhere close to being behind the counter. Rather than worrying about futile things and yelling at your customers (who btw pay your salary), ensure that the items displayed on the store counters are replenished, since the LARGE USPS priority boxes were not. There were 1000 different ways to handle the situation professionally, but the one you chose, yelling at your customer for looking for something from your counter on the other side of the store, making all patrons turn to look and then ignoring the customer looking for help, was not the right one. Get some basic customer service training or stay home.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment, arrived early and after waiting for so long they told us to go to the Carmel Mountain location for a walk in because their passport person called in sick. What a waste of time. What’s the point of making an appointment? Now we have to wait behind 30 other people for our turn as a walk-in customer. Get your act together guys!

Got a passport appointment after months and when we went in they told us to wait for about 20 minutes and then later tell us that the person called in sick and they can’t do anything about it. Do they not realize that people take the day off to make a passport. Customer service is the worst I’ve seen!

Says it opens at 7:30 Friday, but no one is here now at 8:12. Two other people came and left. This is very confusing… Did 7/21 became a holiday?

No signs posted to advise they were closed for "Juneteenth". Watched over a dozen people arrive with multiple packages in just a ten minute period.

Best USPS location in the area. As opposed to other post offices I routinely deal with- never had any issues here. Friendly staff and line moves very quickly.
