"Terrible Experience at Verizon Store"I recently visited what I believed to be a Verizon store and had an exceptionally unpleasant experience. I purchased a phone and two internet lines, only to find the staff to be unprofessional and pushing additional plans aggressively.To make matters worse, I was slapped with an additional $40 activation fee, under the guise of having the option to finish activation at home. This fee seems unnecessary and borders on absurdity. Beware of such deceptive practices when dealing with “Verizon.”

I came into the store and was greeted by Gaither the representative. He was very attentive to my needs explained everything he was doing. No questions needed to be asked completed the task with a smile the experience was pleasant.

MILITARY/ VETERANS PLEASE DO NOT GO TO OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, PLEASE.I am a 64 year old Service Connected DISABLE VETERAN who just need a few question answered. Jose is the most indignant,rude, disrespectful sale rep I have ever encountered during 20 plus years as a VERIZON CUSTOMER. I went to the store to get HELP on what do about my stolen Samsung phone. I ask could he look at my account. His answer " no unless you pull out your credit card to BUY a phone". My account is excellent all I want was it DISCONTINUED until I purchased another phone or my insurance replaced my phone. His attitude was HORRIBLE! As a senior citizen I expected at.easr respect. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, PLEASE.
