Riley and Anna at the Grove Verizon store were excellent, they were very helpful in answering questions and setting up our new phones, the phones we replaced were 7 years old and I don't do back-ups as often as I should. There were some issues transferring some of my data specifically my contacts, between the 2 of them they were able to work out a solution and all my data made it to my new device. All in all I would say it was a painless process for both me and my wife. 5 stars for Riley and Anna, great job and great expirience

The whole team was very helpful.Josue, Jesus, Alex and Brixton were awesome. I would recommend this location for all your Verizon needs and accessories. I've been a customer 23 years that tells you something.

Alex was very very helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know about discounts I qualified for and also helped me bring the price down for some things. I left with more things than I came in for but at a lower price! Great experience.

Terrible customer service. The woman with short hair seemed to be annoyed that we interrupted her time on her phone. I told her we were having issues with our Verizon account attached to our wifi box which she immediately told me she couldn’t help me with. My husband at this point wasn’t even in the store yet so when I said let’s see what my husband wants to do about the box she waited 30 seconds before asking “if he was coming”. Long story short we spent probably a total of 5 mins in the store trying to ask questions that were answered each time with why she couldn’t help up. This is our first ever encounter with Verizon and its customer service and needless to say we are extremely shocked and disappointed by the service we received.

Don't waste your time at this store. Terrible customer service! I came in to trade my old phone for a new phone a month ago and the associate (Christian) said oh you can get a free watch for only $10 more a month. My normal bill is $87 a month. So I said okay well I don't have time to do it today. Can I come back tomorrow. He said yes. So. I made an appointment. I came all the way back there the next day to discover that they don't even have my phone in stock. So I waited a couple of weeks for my new phone to come in. When I went there to get it we talked about the watch and I said why am I getting a bill for $111? Oh he said it's $15 more a month. Then I asked what the bill would be if I don't get the watch. He said it would be the same. I asked, the same as I'm paying now? He said yes. So I agreed. When he had me sign his tablet for the phone, he never informed me that I was signing an installment agreement for $22 more a month. I discovered it later when I got an email from Verizon. Fast forward 30 days. I go to the store today to turn in my old phone. The door was locked and the associate inside was looking at me like I'm crazy. Like I don't know how to open a door. He finally gets up to open the door and said the alarm isn't working. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager and I wasn't happy with the service that I received initially. The manager was on vacation. I started to tell him about my negative experience and he said he didn't want to hear any negativity and that he would just ignore it. I told him my issues anyway and stressed the fact that they need to train their employees better. He became more and more rude, rolling his eyes. Told me I was being rude. Seriously?!!! Voicing my unpleasant experience is not being rude, its being assertive. Wish I would have gotten his name. But he just looks angry. What a jerk!! He says he knocked $20 off my bill. I'm waiting to see if that's really going to happen. I was so irritated with him that I called him a jerk and stormed out of there. Very unhappy with the customer service there!!!
Update: The associate that I encountered last said he knocked twenty dollars off my bill. But he didn't say how. Now I'm realizing that he removed the mobile protect feature without my knowledge or authorization. He also changed my plan without my knowledge and authorization. Ridiculous!!!

The employee took the time to listen to our complaints with T-Mobile service. He provided excellent service and was able to transfer four phones and set up Internet for us in one visit. We spent a lot of time at the store and it was an enjoyable experience other than the fact that the Building Verizon is very hot. That space needs air conditioning.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE...... I have been dealing with this stores very poor customer service and continued broken promises since March 2024. It's NOW June 2024. I was promised my activation fees waived as part of a promotion that they were having. That has yet to happen. Naudia was HORRIBLE. I've came back several times for issues regarding service and promotions that were promised and credit to my account. Every time I went in I was told the manager was the only one to handle my situation and made promises that he would call me back. Well it is now June and still no call. Naudia added an apple watch and service to my account without removing it(that took well over a month to remove). I still haven't heard from the manager. The last time I was there, I asked for a corporate contact and no one knew it. I just believe they refused to provide it to me. I did research and found who the owner was and filed a complaint. I've also filed a complaint with BBB as well. My last visit to the store Naudia refused to assist me and stated "this is my last day anyways so I really don't care!!" I was extremely concerned as she had access to my personal information and what she would do with it. She wrote the managers email address down on a piece of paper and said " here just email him!!" I can go on and on how I was treated. BWARE of this location!!!!!!

Naudia was amazing. She helped my 85 year old Mom get a new phone which was challenging at best. She was very patient, friendly and showed tremendous expertise and knowledge. We will return based on her above service.

Love this store, all the staff are friendly and attentive. On 2 separate occasions I had 2 different staff walk me through what my bill would look like for peace of mind. I’ve also gone to this store for a new sim and early upgrade.
Shoutout to Andres and Tony, they know their stuff!

Great Experience! Tony helped us out switching providers and hooking us up with the new iPhone and a tablet as well . He was thorough and even gave my daughter some pens and paper to entertain her ! 10/10
