Came in to see about a service issue with my phone. Given that this is a company plan, I already notified the owner of the plan/my manager to expect a call as Verizon normally let them give verbal confirmation of anything related to the account. While Naudia was initially as helpful as a receptionist could be, she spoke to Isaac, who then took over. Never have I been given so much attitude from someone whose job was to help me. Rather than listen, he immediately spoke down to me, saying as I am not the owner of the account, he can't help me and anyone who worked for Verizon and accepted verbal authorization to do anything to my phone or the account violated Verizon policies and should be fired. My issue wouldn't have even affected my policy, only my phone. Regardless, he continued to speak to me condescendingly, and as I walked out, I heard him tell Naudia, "Don't help him. He's not on the plan." Because obviously, my phone isn't linked to the plan. I notified the owner of the plan who advised me to reach out to IT, who was incredibly helpful. She also told me that Isaac was wrong, as my issue only affected my phone and not policy. Hence, he should have helped me. Later, when my manager went to see about my phone's issues, she was told an administrator at Verizon had locked access to the account (I can only wonder who). However, as a result of Isaac, I have chosen to leave Verizon and have encouraged my manager to remove our company from them as well. I hope Isaac is content with himself and Verizon is happy to lose long-time customers.

Isaac took all the time necessary to help me transfer phone numbers and photos from my old phone over to my new phone. He was so kind and encouraging. I give him the highest rating possible.

I came to Verizon at the right time. Naico was extremely attentive and helpful. She was friendly knowledgeable and suggested reasonable accessories to go with my new phone. She didn’t try to talk me into anything but I really liked the iPad bundle she suggested. So I bought a new SE and iPad bundle. She set up my new phone and IPad and set up my ID AND PASSWORD IN MY TOYOTA, too. My whole experience was great. I definitely got what I wanted.

SCAM WARNING: This is not a real corporate Verizon store; this is an indirect location using the Verizon name. I just got off the phone with corporate told me this. This location said that I was eligible for upgrade, when in fact they were taking an upgrade from another family member and creating multiple charges on our account. Avoid this store if you value honesty. Update: the response below is from the store not corporate. I already talked with corporate and don't need further help from the fake location. Thanks!

For about seven years I was paying $45-$46 per month. Suddenly without any notice, my bill was increased to $61.00 per month. I called and asked if there was any opportunity to reduce the bill! Of course, I got a call bank and got real unlucky with the answering agent. I was told no opportunity and prices increased with inflation. Now, I am an 80 y/o veteran and was receiving a military discount but still $61.00 per month. I signed with T Mobile for $40.00 plus fees/Taxes per month with autopay! I'm a Verizon stockholder. It is no wonder that Verizon stock is in the toilet with this insensitive service!

Added new account and they put the plan to the highest one without asking, after asking for the lowest one, added a $50 insurance without asking and charged a $30 fee for helping us?He also changed my EXISTING plan without asking from the 5G get more to a horrible one that i can barely use.
