Our service has been great at Verizon but today DeChan (spelling?) was just awesome! He assured my phone was only just a cracked screen protector & fixed me up with a new one. Professional & kind! Thanks

I came knew exactly what I wanted and got the complete opposite. I had help from Kenny who claims he is the manager when his name tag says specialist. I came heee because this being a corporate store. AVOID SHOPPING AND SPENDING MONEY HERE. Nothing but lies and foolishness.

Worst customer service. Customer support means to support or attend to your customer's needs. This site lacks the customer support and person In dealt with had audacity to tell me he was doing me a favor by attending to my needs. They do not have a rep to just do checkout. You have to wait for every single one of them to be done with their customer. The unprofessional rep did not have a customer in front of him. Lastly, the reps seem sized you up based on your skin color.

Poor customer service like they're doing you a favor by coming in; the way they treated my elderly father, just horrible. I've been with Verizon since Airtouch Celluar, not that any of that matters to these people. Horrible attitudes and personalities, not helpful, not much effort at all to show a senior citizen anything like it's a burden. Shame on Verizon and this store in particular. Huge disappointment. As anyone can see from the poor ratings here I am not alone. No excuse.

I went to pick up a iPhone 15 plus. When I got to the store I encountered Omar . He was a wonderful salesman and very knowledgeable about the phone and accessories. I had (Omar) transferred my contacts and we got a chance to chat. I have to say he is an asset to the store and the company. I watched him give great advice to several customers and everyone walked out with a smile because Omar made the selection easier because of his extensive knowledge. I will return for future purchases and I hope Omar is the store owner or manager. Thank you Omar you made my day

This stores attention and attitude lacks, the staff are bitter and slow almost making me feel like I’m talking to a wall. They are constantly on their phones, either playing or texting. I tried to ask for assistance yet was pushed back with answers that did not help, they only gave me an excuse to call a phone service. I opened five lines which were not from this Verizon, yet they sent me off by telling me to go back to the store I originally had help for and, was not much help at all. They also mentioned that since these five lines were not from this specific location that they weren’t able to help. So is the reason that, if I don’t spend money on this particular store, that you guys won’t help me?

Ripped off in a bait and switch by Kenny at this store. Was told there was a "special" offer on new phones for wife and me. No charge for phones and changing from an old pay plan to new one meant no increase to monthly bill. Kenny repeated in the affirmative when I made him confirm that several times. When we received our bill one month later we saw that the bill increased by over $40! 3 yr contract means aprox $500 extra p/yr with us on a fixed income - a $1500 rip off. Kenny and manager refused to help or make good claiming they told us about the new charges. Said they'd take the phones back...sure! After we've had them for a month, gone thru all the setup, email etc and purchased accessories. Not an option. Be careful when you do biz w/these people. Get it in writing!

Worst Experience Ever if I could leave 0 stars I would I been back and forth with Verizon for awhile now and they finally approve me and I go into the store to get a phone and the sales agent wants to get commission on a watch and line so I say ok I tell him to do the phone first and what does he do he does the watch and now I can’t finance anything else with Verizon I canceled my plan returned the watch and left!!!! 3hrs wasted for nothing I have worked in AT&T for 10 years first thing taught help the customer with what they want first and than pitch add ons thanks Kenny for nothing you ruined my life and the rest of the year possibly and the year after yea thanks a lot

Worst and rudest customer service I've ever had. The gentleman that helped me at the store was stone faced and incredibly unhelpful. Actually got snappy with me at one point for not understanding something. I'll never go back.

I was able to reset my pin and password after numerous attempts online failed. Great customer service. I will definitely come back here again. I was beginning to lose faith in Verizon, but it has been restored. THANK YOU!

I regret to inform potential customers about my profoundly disappointing experience with Verizon's Claremont Mesa, CA branch on May 24th, 2023. Upon reporting my stolen phone, I sought assistance from an employee at this location. Unfortunately, the assistance I received only exacerbated my problems.The employee, while well-meaning, mishandled my situation. My existing Business Unlimited 2.0 plan was inexplicably downgraded to Business Unlimited 1.0, doubling my monthly expenses. Additionally, my phone number was incorrectly assigned to a different device, causing significant inconvenience and forcing me to deal with the aftermath for several days.What disappoints me most is the lack of effective resolution. Despite numerous attempts, Verizon has been unable to rectify these errors, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with their service. This experience reflects a concerning lack of professionalism and competence, making it difficult to trust Verizon with my business in the future.

I needed to update my husband's phone and mine - we had really old Samsungs. Went to the Clairemont Mesa store and worked with Dreyshawn. He did a great job walking me through the new phones, pricing, and even recommended how to lower my bill by removing certain items after the first 30 days. He's a very quiet guy (maybe a little shy on eye contact), but very helpful. Yes, Verizon is nickle and diming members on every little charge, even to help transfer old phone info to the new phones, and making things pretty confusing. But that's not employees' fault. I went back to drop recycle my old phone and talked with Dreyshawn and he greeted me like an old friend. I like having a person I can talk with who I feel is being honest about the company's pricing and also helping me understand what's worth paying for and where I can save $. Thak you and keep doing you, Dreyshawn!

Worst experience with any phone carrier corporate store, with any company I've been with a few... I had to come multiple times to try to just simply port my number from an old carrier and start a new service with Verizon. Keeping my old phone so should be very simple but like I said, I had to come here multiple times five to be exact. The last person I got was DaeSean, forgive me if I misspelled it, I left the store without finishing the task at hand he wrote down on multiple sticky notes things that I could do to finish it up on my own when I called t-mobile Deyshawn had not given me the proper information to successfully do it on my own mind you I was in my car this whole time trying to accomplish this and when I went back about 30 minutes later they closed early so now I'm just in the same position... everyone should take their business to another location. Even an authorized dealer at the mall would be better than this. Also, Mr. DaeSean talks to you as if he's waiting in line to die. Super mono tone no energy not very helpful.
