I visited this location after a recent purchase at a Verizon in San Clemente that left me very confused with my bill. I was helped out by Shawn who took care of everything, coordinated with that other store, and made sure my bill was extremely clear and there were no surprises. Shawn was very easy to speak with, and made me really feel like a valued customer. If I need anything from Verizon I will definitely be going to this store first!

Never ever use this store. Victra is a front company that cannot help you at all and the employees do not help you at all and just just tell you to call Verizon. I'd rather just have a land line than deal with this faux phone company ever again.

Valerie went above and beyond to help me. I am tech challenged and she was patient in showing me details of my new phone, and additionally helped me pair my hearing aids to the new phone.

I have always gone to the La Jolla village location and been treated badly everytime / waited hours etc. so I decided to try a new location and I am SO GLAD I did. I believe the name of the person who helped me was Kiara but I don’t know how to spell it. Anyways, BEST SERVICE I have ever received at a Verizon store this is where I will be going from now on whenever possible. They better keep that employee because wow! Awesome customer service. Even happily let my kids play the whole time I was being helped.

This store is on the corner of Genessee Ave and at 4504 Clairemont Mesa Blvd Ste 102. I watched the clerk there, Val, be very patient and very accommodating to a lady who was essentially lost and asking repeated questions about directions to walk to the next Verizon store. The vibe I got from the clerk staffing the shop, crystalized during her "interview" of why I came in, was that she welcomes Verizon customers who come in for anything but assistance. Before leaving, I queried if I could buy a case for my phone, and she said, "To be honest, we don't have those in stock."

Worked with Shahab and he patiently answered my many questions and even clarified the answers when I was confused.. Very patient! Even the fellow employees were all niwe're all nice. I highly highly highly highly highly recommend this store.

I went in there to get rid of an app that moved in and took over. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. He fixed my problem quickly. All the folks who work at this store are AMAZING. Happy dancing.

I ported over 4 numbers from AT&T. The team was kind and helpful. When I got home I noticed about $100 with of charges I didn't understand and contacted the Sales Manager Sean Snow. He was helpful and easily helped refund the money. They were great and handlers the issue promptly. I'd recommend them again.

My boyfriend's screen broke on his phone and he needs to use it for work so he HAS to have one asap. We called corporate to find the phone we were looking for and they set up an appt to this location for 3 pm. Corporate kept saying the phone would be there upon arrival. We got there and the associates looked confused when we said we had a 3pm appt. When we stated what we were there for, they proceeded to say that their manager just took the one that was being held for us to another store. They also said if we placed a payment down it wouldn't have been an issue because they don't "hold" products. We waited all day for this appointment. Needless to say this whole experience was frustrating and the employees at the store were not very helpful to find another phone in the area. We found the exact phone in the next town
