The rep who assisted with my upgrade was very accommodating and helpful. Completed the process quickly. My only very minor issue was that I was not offered the phone model with more memory. The service provided was still worthy of 5 stars.

Irving was incredibly thorough and meticulous in ensuring that everything successfully migrated from my old phone to my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and Apple Watch Ultra 2. He even went above and beyond by providing written instructions on when and how to claim my rebates. His attention to detail is outstanding. He truly deserves a congratulatory letter for a job well done!

The Victra store provided first class treatment. Although they can be busy, we caught them at a good time and we were able to establish that we wanted to move forward with upgrading a phone. We made an appointment to return and work with Irwin. The timing was right, and the deal we got had fantastic pricing. Be patient with the deals, sometimes a few weeks can save you hundreds of dollars. The store is under new management and Natalie, the District Mgr, is hiring good people.

Irvin at that’s Verizon store in Westview Parkway was an incredible employee. He also took time out of his day from going home in order to help us. He made it his business to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. We want to accommodate him and whoever gets this message, please give him a raise

My online upgrade trade in chose this store and the store person doesn’t take trade in device if it’s not bought from the store. Not sure if it’s a Verizon store.

Pretty bad experience, so bad that I left without purchasing a new phone to replace my current that is barely operating. Was extremely rude and was just throwing numbers out and told me what it would be “out the door today”…when I asked if that was towards the phone, he proceeded to educate me that “that would be called a down payment”. As all of the payment numbers were being thrown out at me, I had to ask about the current trade in promo, which was flippantly explained to me. I will gladly go have a more than pleasant and helpful experience at the Apple Store or Amazon before ever returning to this store.

I went to this location to have some assistance with my phone no longer working unexpectedly. I was immediately met by a dismissive employee, Elmer, who spoke down to me as though I was completely stupid for coming in and explaining my situation at all. I always let go bad customer service experiences for the most part because I know customer service can be draining, but I was so appalled by the attitude of this employee I’m writing my first negative review. The situation was a bit complicated that I came in for but Elmer couldn’t have been less caring, interested, or recognize me as a customer with a problem, let alone as a customer at all, it felt. The interaction was so uncomfortable, standoffish, and unprofessional, in fact, that within the first ten seconds of walking into this verizon store I turned to my partner and told him I wanted to go elsewhere, but we decided to see if it got better. Elmer asked the issue, I explained, and he asked what i wanted to do very smugly, not offering any solutions. I told him again what was going on, and he immediately cut me off to tell me what the issue was, without a beat or even glancing up at me. unfortunately because i come from out of state it was a bit complicated, and while i totally understand not being able to navigate the policies without certain requirements, elmer gave me the impression that i was being entirely unreasonable for not knowing a solution to the problem at hand, in fact, I was convinced perhaps he thought it was possible that the account manager apparate into this Verizon store from the other side of the country. Instead of offering me solutions to the problem this employee continually shut down my questions and concerns and made me feel stupid for even thinking they could be of help. I then tried to ask what I was supposed to do since the myVerizon app wasn’t working and the other method they gave me (calling 611) was also not working— and he told me VERY dramatically that was “unheard of.” Ultimately, I ended up leaving without continuing to converse with this employee (something I never do, because I know the trials and tribulations of customer service, but it was unreasonable) because at that point I would rather go without a phone than engage with such an obstinate, holier-than-thou individual. I went to an alternate Verizon store where the employees were able to explain the situation in a much more empathetic and helpful way and actually were able to kindly point me in the direction of a solution. Such a shame.

NATHAN has THE best costumer service hands down! No wait, straight to the point, & easy going employee. Definitely recommend this store. FIVE STAR overall!!

I went to Mira Mesa Verizon store and AJ persuaded me to upgrade my cell to Samsung S24 Ultra. Also came with 'free' Tablet. With promotion I got a good deal and I paid balance in cash. He said I can try and return within 30 days no issues. When I went back with both boxes of equipment in my hand, AJ recognized me and said sharply 'We don't take anything back here you have to mail it to warehouse'. I did ship it to main warehouse (Verizon has confirmed receipt) and to this day from Dec 2023 I have not received my refund after many attempts. Manager Lucy at the store said because I didn't return at store they could not refund so frustrating. Do not go to this store Victra Independent Verizon, one in Misson Valley is Corportate owned and has better service or just use different carrier. BTW I was with Verizon for 21 years...WAS.
