“If you have a furry member of the family, THIS IS YOUR VET. For my first visit, my appointment was at 3pm. The check in process was one simple sheet and took LESS THAN 5 minutes. My cat (Maui) was checked by the nurse at 3:05 and the doctor was in the exam room by 3:10. The exam was thorough and complete. Maui was taken back for a full panel blood work and was prescribed antibiotics for a mouth infection in 15 minutes. Maui and I were out the door with his prescriptions IN HAND at 3:40. The exam rooms are very clean, the treats are plentiful, and most importantly the staff is caring, thorough and time efficient. Save yourself the frustration and long waits many other vets make you deal with and just come here.”
“This pet clinic is great. All the staff is very attentive and you can tell they genuinely care for the wellbeing of all animals. When I took my cat here, I appreciated that Dr. Ngo took the time to do a thorough examination and recommended only what was necessary. Very cost friendly. “Has been my go to vet for a while now and they deserve the rating from me. Dr Diamond cracked a case on my dog 6 other big vets in San diego couldn't (almost 8k wasted), and after that I knew these folks were the one. From there on its been nothing but amazing, they have a very special staff team. Like, everyone remembers the pets, know how to work with each and every one differently, like my aggressive and very protective 120lb GSD. AND YET THEY LOVE TO SEE HIM!!! But yeah, if youre looking for a vet, one time visit or long term these are the folks you want. Military friendly and can work around multiple types of difficult situations too.”

“Our pets are our world, and finding a veterinarian you truly trust is so hard. Dr. Fransioli is absolutely amazing. We have two cats, Roy Kent and POTUS Bader Ginsburg, and a dog named Abbey, and they absolutely ADORE Dr. Fransioli! She always remembers the little details about them, which makes us trust her care completely.
The entire experience at Rancho San Carlos Vet is top-notch — communication is excellent, scheduling is easy, the online portal is convenient for appointments and prescription food, and we love the text and call reminders. They even follow up after visits to check on how our pets are doing. All of their techs are amazing!
On a personal level, Dr. Fransioli remembers details about our lives too, which means so much to us. We love her so much that both me and my wife go to appointments just to see and catch up with her! We couldn’t recommend her more!”

Dr. Borgman, Dr. Coberg, Alexis and all other amazing technicians demonstrated great expertise, understanding, and unwavering empathy to both us two humans and our cat. Alex and all other front desk crew provided us with all the information and help we could use.
We are absolutely devastated with the outcome, but we do not regret a single bit taking our cat here. Sometimes I cannot help but think modern science is overrated (cynical, I know) and there are still so much more we need to figure out.
Nevertheless, I believe people here try their best to save lives, and that is a sacred and most respected cause.”

“I’ve been a client of Turquoise Animal Hospital for many years and have had the absolute pleasure of Dr. Reed treating our rescue pups. She has always taken such incredible care of them and I trust her completely.
A few years ago my husband got really good pet insurance, but it was tied to a specific veterinary clinic, and we were honestly heartbroken because we loved Turquoise so much. Even with that change, for anything serious I still take one of our pups, Foxy, to Dr. Reed because that is how much I value her expertise and care.
Recently something scary happened and Foxy could barely walk, along with a few other concerning symptoms. Our insurance vet was closed, and Turquoise was able to get us in quickly. Dr. Reed was not available that day so I was a little nervous, but we were scheduled with Dr. G. I should not have been surprised, but the experience was amazing. He was kind, thorough, and I could truly feel how much he cared about my pup. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood all of our options.
Hands down, this clinic is the best. From the front desk to the doctors, you can feel the compassion and integrity. If you have trust issues when it comes to veterinary care, I completely understand, and I would absolutely recommend giving Turquoise Animal Hospital a try. They genuinely care, and that peace of mind is priceless. I will continue to give them my business because the love and care they show my pups means everything to me.”
