Had a great experience in their fragrance department. Took my husband in on a surprise shopping trip to buy an early Valentine's Day gift. Our sales associate, Enrique, was very patient and helpful and helped us choose a fragrance that we hadn't even previously considered. Will definitely return and buy again. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

I purchased creed perfume from neiman marcus locates at Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego California. My purchase was on 19th of July this year, last week I realized my perfume was leaking and had only one quarter left in it instead of three quarters, so I took it to the store and they said the reason why was leaking because there was black lid supposed to cover the spray part, and it was stocked inside the top cover. Needed help to exchange because I used only few of it, but instead of helping me they tried to blame if not knowing how to use it and it was the first time seeing such issue, so they decided not to help because they never have such problem. The manager came in and instead of make something to satisfy me, she said I do exceptions, but this is not. At the end I was pushed a way with not even a try of helping me. Talk about rude I walked in there and I wasn't all dressed up but I was planning on spending a lot of money in there. So as soon as I went in there I went to look at a designer dress dolce 3000 the minute I touched it some rude women yells out the size I knew it wasn't going to fit me I was thinking of buying it for my sister never again will I shop there

MAINLY FOR THE LOUIS VUITTON. this is the only time out of hundreds I didn't have a good experience in a Louis Vuitton. I simply wanted to look at Chain Wallets and I'm picky enough to be quick. I know they were going to be closing soon but customers were still in Neiman Marcus so I went straight to Louis Vuitton. I walked in and didn't see anyone at first (from the first section) and saw their back door was open so I felt unsure if I should continue walking in. After a little a lady walks out of that door not even in all black like everyone else has to wear. Was she in the middle of changing out of uniform already ?? She was wearing a white button up that wasn't fully buttoned up. Top 2 or 3 buttons undone which was 1/3 of the shirt. Never seen an employee wearing that. I told her I just wanted to look specifically at chain Wallets (I know most don't carry a bunch in store so it should be quick to say yes or no to the selection of 4-10 that they have. She immediately responded "My brand doesn't really offer those things" YOUR BRAND ??? THOSE THINGS ??? As if it's looked down upon or what ? && they actually have over 50 of them... As she said that I walked forward and turned to my right and saw a glass case with what I knew were CHAIN WALLETS and there was an employee behind it IN UNIFORM who said nothing that whole time. The first employee continued saying there is something like this that is close to a chain wallet. And while she was talking I kept looking at her then at the case thinking well what about these in here. As I stare at them she finally says well we have these in here but these are different and they are called wallets on a chain. WELL if you're getting technical about what they are called , LV actually calls them chain wallets. OTHER PLACES call them wallet on chains. But either way by definition and description they are the same. It was such a confusing experience she seemed to not know what she's talking about. And the lady behind the chain wallets case didn't even jump in to help her.

The CHANEL Handbag Department is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have the opportunity ask for Paola. She will give you unconditional help in choosing your next Chanel luxury purchase. The absolute worst company and return policy. Received some footwear as a gift for a birthday and attempted to return for store credit as they do Not fit nor are my style . They are brand new in packaging and have never been worn. They were able to locate merchandise in history under purchasers information but refused to service the client. I will continue to shop elsewhere and share this experience with others. There is a reason that I and so many shop at Nordstrom's Because they understand and know how to treat their clients.

I had the best experience here today in the CHANEL boutique. First of all I asked if they had the maxi flap with gold tone and I was shocked they have two brand new ones not opened and one out on the shelf. The other items I looked for are on a waitlist and I put my name on there but when they had the flat bag it's such a classic item that I knew I wanted it in my collection. I been eyeing it, but Talked myself outta it. The sales associate Paola Bravo was super informative, friendly and on target about the Maxi Flap!!!! I used to think it was tooooo much of a purse for me and needed to wait until I was a little older, but I'm sophisticated and can rock it!!!! Any person of any age can rock it. It's such a regal purse that I'm so glad I got it now. Had I picked it up about five years ago it probably would've been $1000 cheaper but that's what I get for underestimating my ability to support it and enjoy it. It's brand new open from the box I was the first to touch it and Paola inspected it for me. It's absolutely perfection. She and her other associate took the time to explain the care of the purse and the their store policy etc. in depth. I tend to come in and ask if they have earrings or some other items but never about bags that I think are classics because they normally don't and there's a wait list. It was meant to be for me today... it was the day to make my early bday magic happen... this is my holy grail bag and no more after this!!! Best of all I got to talk to two sales associates that were super nice and inviting and they made the experience that much better. Had it not been for both of them I would've walked out bagless, saved a ton of $$$$ but still would have had it on my mind. Now it's in my possession and I can start enjoying it. Thanks CHANEL boutique In Neiman Marcus!!!!!! Also Paola is on Instagram for those who have it. And I have to add that the Dolce and Gabbana kitchen collection is absolutely stunning. Not because it's name brand but it has the colors of Italy and those styles that are just so they take any unique and authentic!!!! Just absolutely a beautiful line that would brighten up anyone's kitchen.

Came to the neiman Marcus store today to return an online purchase. I returned it because neiman Marcus sent me the wrong color of Valentino sandals and now out of stock! I had a promo code for my birthday and now cannot even use it even if it it NM's fault for sending my the wrong one. While I was there, I browsed through their sale/clearance items and I saw a pair of Manolo Blahnik flat sandals on sale at about 475 with an extra 30% off. When the sale associate try to ring me up, she said it was mislabeled and she cannot sell it to me! I asked to talk to the manager in which she reply she will not grant the mistake. She did not when attempt to ask. That is poor customer service and didnt even go the extra effort to call. When I walked into the store, there were three sales associate buried in their cell phone. Nm needs to really train these associate to do their job and help customers and not just be glued their phone. For a high end luxury department store I would expect more. I get better service at nordstroms, macys even TARGET.
