My boyfriend and I have lived here for nearly 5 months now. The unit looks nice and amenities are kept clean. The leasing agents were exceptional with the moving-in/leasing process.However, for a luxury apartment, I can’t say the quality is worth the price. There are little issues throughout the unit that just seems odd to even be an issue in a newer complex in which I never experienced in older complexes. They are too minor to get maintenance out, but enough to be annoying. The windows do not block out much of the street noise and the floors do not have sufficient sound proofing.I think the most disappointing experience is that we can hear the children living above us screaming, running, jumping, etc. daily. We have left a letter and tried to introduce ourselves to make them aware of the noise but saw no improvement. We spoke with the front office who said management would address the noise complaint and heard nothing. We emailed to follow up and was told the same thing with the same result - nothing. We called courtesy patrol but unsure if anyone was ever dispatched because there is no follow up. There is only a report generated and sent to management and again there has been no response and no improvement.The excessive noise is consistently early mornings outside the quiet time designated in our lease and in the evenings. On holidays or weekends they are home, it’s all day. It disturbs our pets and we both work from home so we are basically driven out of our home when we can’t stand the noise anymore. I seldom leave reviews and especially negative ones, but I have ran out of options and at this point I just hope this review will help others avoid this situation.

Our leasing process was very smooth. Claudia is great and very friendly to talk to. Extremely kind and super understanding. She helped us from the start till the end in this process. Really appreciate all that she did for us!

(Shoutout to Manny & Jason!!)Amenities - Gym is spotless, well maintained, machines are rarely ever out of order.Residents - young professionals, welcoming, warm, & diverse.Five stars - thank you everyone.

New management same issues. I have been living here since July 2022. The place has some pros but over years more and more cons. The Garage safety is a big concern. April 2023 my motorcycle was stolen from the ‘Secured’ garage. During this process I found out that cars being broken into and motorcycles stolen were a big issue. Management did nothing. Today (January 2024) the issue continues, we now have Greystar as management, and they have the same issues. This morning I saw a new car that was broken into in the garage, window completely shattered. The garage does not have cameras inside, NONE IN ALL 3 FLOORS. There is NO security in the garage and the gates have always been broken and they are wide open… Oh, and there is no cell reception in most of the garage. This means that if someone gets assaulted in the garage no one would know, its scary and honestly stupid for anyone paying for a ‘Luxury’ apartment to be worried about things like this. Greystar started changing things just to charge more, they worry about car permits and too many visitors parking instead of worrying about the safety of their residents.

Do not move here if you don’t want to be woken up in the middle of the night by a security guard repeatedly ringing your door bell because you continuously receive false noise complaints. On top of that it is very noisy they just don’t have the common sense to make sure they have the correct apartment before waking someone up in the middle of the night or posting noise complaints on your door when you’re silent and in bed by 9pm. There are neighbors screaming and shouting every night which echoes throughout the courtyard.

Pros:- updated appliances- staff is nice and helpful (despite what other reviews say)- amenities are well kept (gym, pool, pool club)- it’s great having a dog park so close by- it’s great having a coffee shop close by- leasing office hosts cool events monthly that are actually pretty fun!Cons:- several planes fly over throughout the day because an airport is nearby- several residents have dogs and sometimes you’ll see pee or poop in the hallway, or sidewalk- sounds from residents echo easily in courtyards if their window is open

I have been living here for over a year, and I can definitely recommend living in Vive Luxe for several reasons:- Responsive management: The management team is exceptionally responsive to residents' needs. I once had an issue with music playing in the common open area, which made it difficult for me to open my windows or enjoy my balcony without hearing music I didn't like. However, manager Patrick promptly addressed my concerns and turned off the music. It's reassuring to know that the management here genuinely cares about the well-being of every tenant and is willing to listen to us.- Quick maintenance: The maintenance service is impressively fast. For instance, when we returned from vacation and found that our AC had stopped working, we submitted a maintenance request at 10 pm. By 9 am the next day, a technician had already arrived at our apartment. Not only did he fix our thermostat, but he also replaced the filters. We were pleasantly surprised by how swiftly and efficiently everything was resolved.- Free group fitness classes: Vive Luxe offers a variety of free group fitness classes. My personal favorite is the yoga sculpt class. What's even more convenient is that these classes are scheduled before or after work hours, ensuring that you have no excuses not to stay active and healthy.- Monthly community events: The community at Vive Luxe is vibrant, with monthly events to look forward to. From movie nights to brunches, aperitif evenings, Taco Tuesdays, and gatherings for dog owners, there's always something happening. I can't wait for the upcoming movie night this month. These events add a great sense of community and make living here even more enjoyable.In summary, Vive Luxe offers excellent management, speedy maintenance, a variety of free fitness classes, and a lively community with regular events. It's a fantastic place to call home.

My husband and I recently moved to Vive Luxe and have had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially our leasing agent Claudia, has been incredibly helpful and friendly.The apartment complex is stunning, brand new, well-maintained, and provides a safe environment. The amenities are top-notch, and the community is fantastic. The location is excellent, with great restaurants nearby. It's a super safe area and conveniently close to everything we need.I also love the walkability of the complex area. There are other apartment complexes nearby, creating a vibrant community with cafes, restaurants, a barber shop, and other amenities within close distance.We're extremely happy with our decision to live here, especially since we rented the place before seeing it. Claudia conducted a virtual tour, addressing all our questions and concerns, which alleviated any insecurities. I couldn't be more satisfied with our choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend Vive Luxe as a wonderful place to live.

Having lived in this apartment building for the last few months, I can confidently say that my experience here has been nothing short of exceptional, and this is largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Claudia and Joe from the leasing team. From the very beginning of my tenancy, Claudia has been a constant source of support, always just a phone call or email away to address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
