***UPDATE*** I'm changing this from 2 to 4 stars, because my review should be based on my overall experience, not just a few negative ones. I truly love the main pharmacist and staff she works with. Literally the worst (weekend) service ever. The main pharmacist and staff that's there during the week is amazing, but the weekend staff is a nightmare and sadly doesn't make up for her/their amazing service. The weekend pharmacist is sweet, but something needs to be done about the staff (specifically one girl who worked the morning of 9/23/23)..Again, on the weekend: The system is down when you show up and prescriptions that should have been filled suddenly can't be when you're waiting. And expect major eye rolling when you come in upset because after calling repeatedly you either get hung up on or put on hold then sent to voicemail when trying to get through, and have the "audacity" to say something when coming in. That's one way to deal with very frustrated customers before even speaking to them. Especially on the weekends when picking up delayed prescriptions holds up weekend plans. Get it together.

Just moved to California, been trying to get my medication filled for 5 days now, was told Friday by a lady that the person Saturday morning would take care of my medication, never heard anything Saturday. Just called and now they say nothing shows up for me. So thanks for your great customer service. Lmao

The pharmacist has given me the best customer service I've ever had at any pharmacy, Nashwa is very cheerful always upbeat super nice and very courteous, I've always had a good experience with her and the staff.

This pharmacy must be understaffed and the staff must be overworked.Calling to try to find out if the pharmacy had an expired drug dropoff container. 1st someone answered only to hang up. My 2nd call was responded to by someone barking at me: "Two are ahead of you, hold."I held for a while and then gave upWhen I went to the store unfortunately it was during the lunchtime. No problem with that, but the expired drug drop off container was locked. No information on the container about what hours it is open.

This place is totally incompetent and rude. Every time we have gone we have had issues that yet no other pharmacy seems to have. Wait times are 30 mins even after they tell you your prescription is ready. We will not be using them again.

I needed some pain meds and antibiotics after getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I was told they need an hour to get things filled. 4 hours go by and my girlfriend calls the store and they say they need another hour! I ended up going back to get my Rx papers back and headed to Rite-Aid and they filled the request in 15 minutes. Also, the pharmacist was so rude to me in person and my girlfriend on the phone who called on my behalf to check in on the status. Recommend going elsewhere!

Rude, Rude, Rude. Slow and condescending. I watched them today totally ignore an elderly lady using her shopping cart to hold herself up. When I asked a question of the Pharmacist I got a most rude reaction. Overworked? Take a Vacation! Don't like your job or interacting with people in a respectful manner? Quit!

Called Sunday to have something filled - 2 days later, they’re still working on it. Unfortunately was a prescription I really needed and still don’t know when they’ll have it ready. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want anything done on time.

Don't count on accuracy when they give you wait times. I went to pick up one Rx they said 30 mins. I live close so I just went home and decided to come back later. TEN minutes went by and I got a text it was ready- I was already home. Then I needed another Rx later in the week and I called they said it would be ready the next day in the afternoon. I called the next morning and said they needed 20 minutes which, as you surmised, is not the afternoon .

I'm very disappointed with this pharmacy. My dog is being treated for a fungal infection that is resistant to many of the medications weve had to try. We are currently using a specific medication that she must have at consitent 12hr intervals to keep her infection contained and allow her to live symptom free. I ordered her medication last week, Thursday or Friday. I knew that it needed to be renewed, so I proceeded through the proper channels for that as well and was told that it would ready on Wednesday. When I went to pick it up, they told me they had no heard back from the doctor yet- but had made NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER to let me know that my refill would not be ready on time. I reached out to the pharmacy again today, and was told it would need to be ordered and wouldnt be ready until Monday. So, it will have been an entire week my dog has gone without this medication that her life depends on, and her entire treatment will be compromised by this time spent without the antifungal in her system. She will have sinus congestion, her skull will be further eaten away at by this fungus, she will struggle to breathe. Simply because her medication was not refilled and nobody bothered to let me know it would be delayed.

We go to the pharmacy because we’re sick and need medication. Unfortunately the pharmacists don’t seem to get that, and are difficult to work with. There’s no sense of urgency and they make the patient feel like we’re bothering them. Every time. Last straw today-they hadn’t looked at the prescription sent over so of course it was after 5 on a Friday. Then said they needed to talk to the doctor, and asked if I would like them to do that. Of course, yes, I’m in pain. I asked for a call back and another question if that’s what I want. Of course yes! Then another 30 minute wait for pickup. Changing pharmacies ASAP-customers deserve better service. We’re not going there just because we love taking meds. So frustrating.
