I had a great experience at Pavilions today that truly highlighted their excellent customer service. While shopping, I accidentally broke a bottle of sauce. I felt so guilty and immediately offered to pay for it, but the staff reassured me that it wasn’t necessary and kindly took care of the situation. Their understanding and professionalism turned an embarrassing moment into one that left me feeling valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service these days, and I deeply appreciate how they handled the situation. Pavilions has definitely earned my loyalty!

Bathroom is just filthy, with no toilet paper. No one at customer service. Quite understaffed today. Prices through the roof. Sad. The advantage of this store is the AC and the free parking. Wonder how it is to work here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I asked three different people where I could find a specific brand of dressing and not a single one of them offered to go look in the aisle, they just stood around and speculated which aisle it might be on - I’ve never experienced such poor and incompetent customer service at a grocery store before.
