The staff provides extra love and care, showing extra attention to older pups or those with anxiety and arthritis, ensuring they are safe and calm. They treat every pet like their own. Services are completely customizable, featuring a unique range including grooming. The grooming knowledge and care provided are noted as exceptional, with specific praise for quality service. For boarding, options like All-Day play are available, with staff always in the play area to supervise and intervene if play gets too energetic. Pets come home exhausted, happy, and tired, often running right up to the door when arriving. The hotel also offers convenient discounts. Facility tour provided a good overview of the daycare/boarding options. It is a clean facility. Staff are attentive and welcoming. The initial two day daycare sessions were a hit. Loved the photos WAG sent. The San Diego - Mission Valley location/hours gets a five paw rating.

My two Yorkies love, love, love to vacation at this hotel! They play and we can see them on video. We also get a daily “memory” photo of each fur kiddo. And, a report card when they “check out.”

Found some really awesome toys for my dog here, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have a local place where I can get everything I need for my pup without having to go online. Definitely coming back!
