This pharmacy does not care about its patients, I tried refilling and they refuse to believe that I had a refill that I needed and when I tried explaining that to them one of the pharmacist was extremely rude and would not let me get a sentence in. He was very condescending and seemed irritated when I was just trying to explain and I missed doses on my medication. It was only resolved bc of the doctors office and they did see that a refill was due and they didn’t even apologize for being in the wrong they could honestly care less about their patients

I’ve always had good service from here. I’m here for a few months and their service is much better than my regular Walgreens at home. I don’t understand why it’s been given a 3.7 rating. It deserves better.

Came to pick up my prescription. Parking was limited so had to search for a spot.Otherwise, customer service was great. Peter was helpful and quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes!

Once again, I’ve had exceptional service from Peter and the staff at this UTC Walgreens Community Pharmacy. They’re always on top of my prescriptions. They message me with refills or if there’s an issue and they are able to get prescriptions that are sometimes in short supply when other pharmacies cannot.The professionalism and courtesy of the staff here are unmatched. Always polite, knowledgeable, and available to answer questions. They send prescriptions out for home delivery, and even Saturday delivery for no chargeRecently I inquired about a vaccine that I couldn’t get from my doctors office due to scheduling issues. Peter had it for me when I showed up that same afternoon.If only they were open on the weekends, but this team certainly deserves their weekends off.

This is NOT a regular Walgreens. It is only a walgreens "Pharmacy".Steven was a big help in transferring my prescription from a more expensive pharmacy. I used GoodRx.It is located on the 1st floor, in the NE corner. The entrance is under the breezway. They only have two parking spaces in the back.

This is NOT a Walgreens it is a community pharmacy that only dispenses pre-prescribed medications. Can't even get over the counter and absolutely no retail. It's not a negative review. It's just more to let people know that this is 100% not a Walgreens. So don't waste your time driving here and paying to park if you're searching for a true Walgreens retail store

This place is sooooo GOOD !! The staff was very friendly specifically Juan !! and the food was very delicious :) Also the food came very fast and did not disappoint !! LOVE ittt ! If you're thinking about coming here, DO ITT!

They started out a 5 star service in September 2021. Then in December, my husband got very ill because they refused to believe he had refills left and I had to call around to find a pharmacy that carried the medication my husband needed. I tried to use them again Monday 1/31/2022, after a pharmacy aide at Chula Vista pharmacy lied about placing my husbands order and he had now been without his medication 4 days. I told the man on the phone I would pick the medication up because my husband was in distress. He assured me that the medication was already out for delivery. It is 8:45pm. 2/1/2022, and my husband is still w/o his medication. Sad state of health services!

This pharmacy has caused nothing but issues for me over the past 6 months. They continuously mess up my prescriptions in one way or another. I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for 15 years and I’ve never had an issue refilling my prescriptions until I started using this pharmacy. I’ve used Walgreens for many years, so it is this one specifically not Walgreens as a whole. I do not recommend using this Pharmacy for anything

It’s a specialty pharmacy for medications used post heart transplant, for insulin pumps, etc. they are a top notch pharmacy and anyone that needs specialty drugs, this is the place. Sure beats Sharp Reese Steely pharmacy where they think they are the only game in town. This place is a GREAT alternative.
