The customer service of the pharmacists is horrible, they never have the medicine on time, many times because they out of stuck they don't check the health insurance carefully and charge money for medicine fully covered by the insurance

They sold me a gift card for amazon that had been fraudulently tampered with and would not return my money back. I literally hadn't left the store when I found out and asked for a refund and they refused. The manager had no empathy, and wasn't willing to look over security tapes and pushed me out the door. I had to battle with Amazon for a month to get get a refund. I think the manager of this store is in on the fraud that may be happening with their gift cards.

So many items are out of stock, so many locks on everything where you need an associate to do your shopping. Won't be coming back to this location.

Came into Walgreens and they had a whole display of stuffed animals. There were no prices, except for a large 8X11 sign that said 70% off. My son picked a stuffed animal from the display and it rang up regular price. I let the cashier know that the sign says 70% off. She told me it was a new item and was not discounted. There were 3 more of the same stuffed animal in the shelf. Cashier said you couldn't discount without a manager so I asked her to get the manager. Manger said that a customer must have placed the stuffed animal there. I told her that there were 3 more of the same stuffed animal there and that it was an employee mistake not a customer mistake. She walked off mad to remove the sign. Cashier gave me the discount. As I walked out the manager tells me just so you know it says plushies not squishmellow. She was rude and unprofessional. I didn't get her name but she was a closing manager.

If I could give Walgreens 0 stars, I would. I 71 and the CDC has ruled that people over 65 can have second dose of the Pfizer bivalent Covid vaccine. I've had a total of five Covid vaccination so far: 2 Moderna, 2 Moderna "boosters", and one dose of the Pfizer bivalent. I scheduled a visit at this Walgreens for the second dose of Pfizer and a second dose of Shingrix. The pharmacist on duty was convinced I could only have 5 doses of vaccine total. He didn't understand the rules for people over 65. He was also convinced that I the two Moderna doses after my two primary doses were "Moderna bivalent" -- something that has never existed. In short, he was an idiot. He kept me standing at the window for over half an hour while he called his boss to tell him what to do. Finally, I cancelled the appointment and left. Walgreens claims to be more convenient than going to my HMO, which is Sharp, but Sharp at least understands the rules for the vaccines they administer.

Very rude customer service at this location had been calling for 2 hours on and off the out me on hold never answered. Pharmacies staff was very rude after a 30 min wait in line after calling for hours no answer they tell me till 2 hours everything will be ready . When I had to walk from home calling and calling even after my dr appointment to see how long and she told me at 4 I come here and till 2 hours . I will never recommend this pharmacy

Yikes...there's a reason why I don't come to walgreens. Staff is very rude and throws money at you. Definitely won't be coming back here again.

If you’re like me and this is the closest pharmacy / fedex drop off, let me save you the time. Make the drive literally anywhere else. It’s not worth the frustration.Need to stop for a quick OTC medication? They’re out.Wanna call ahead to ask a question? IF they answer, the “system” will hang up on you.Need to pick up a prescription? It’s not ready and won’t be for hours. They may even ask you to come back tomorrow (not a joke).Need to print a label for your package? Only 1 employee in the entire store knows the code to do it.Hoping to drop that package off? The label they JUST printed doesn’t work and you “should have gone to an actual fedex”.Wanna speak to a supervisor? Congratulations! You’ve unlocked a new level of rude and bitter person who hates her jobIt’s a shame cause some of the people that work here are actually really nice.

I love Walgreens it's convenient and close I'm so glad they put one in My neighborhood I can order online idk if they drop stuff off but I know you can order online and pickup great place to shop

Do not come here for a prescriptions unless you don't really need it. They will literally kill you and not care. The phone hours for thr pharmacy is wrong the on line hours are wrong. I have have two heart prescriptions I need to live and was seriously told they have hours when they feel like it.
