Nice overall, especially the online prescription system, but be prepared to wait for 30+ minutes any time you need to visit the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is very understaffed, it’s nearly impossible to get a pharmacy staff member on the phone, the lines are long for prescription pick-up and there is usually only 1 person managing the drive up window and pharmacy line. I dont recommend filling your prescriptions here. The store is clean and well stocked.

Soooo freaking slow....i called ahead for a prescription 40 mins ahead and it still wasn't ready and then it took them another 30 minutes to get it ready!! I hate this place. I wish Rite Aid hadn't closed.

I had my partner pick up a medication that required an injection application but they forgot to give him that with the prescription. When I called, they were very accommodating, and offered to send it to me that day through DoorDash FREE OF CHARGE, which was important because I needed to start taking the medication that day!!!

This review is based off of their pharmacy! I went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription, as this wasn't my go-to pharmacy anymore. The let me know that my insurance can't be processed for the prescription. They offered for me to pay sales price which was fine since I didn't want to have to make another trip. The pharmacy tech Jamie also let me know they didn't have my prescription ready but they'd put it together. It took less than 5 minutes for her to have the order ready to go. She let me know they were able to apply a discount! This was super unexpected but so appreciated!

I had to drop off a package at the FedEx area in the photo department. A woman finally showed up to help me, barely spoke to me, did not make eye contact and was completely and totally rude. One-word question and answers. I'm sorry, but if I'm going to come into your establishment, I want to be treated Like I am a valued customer. If you don't want my business just close the damn doors and don't bother being in business. This visit was just to drop off a package, but with that kind of service, I'm not coming back to purchase anything.

Terrible trying to rely on them for anything Pharmacy related. Meds are out of stock frequently which then requires the patient to call and get another Walgreens involved, then additional phone calls to the doctors office, then having to remember to switch the Pharmacy back to the original location for the next order. Not to mention I don't understand why I have to explain to a pharmacist what my medical diagnosis is EVERY time I pick up my medication (for almost a year now), it's not their business and feels like a HIPPA violation.
