Got my son his first Covid vaccine and it went ok went in for his second one by appointment and guess what they had no more vaccines for his age group. No call no other options other than to “try coming back tomorrow, we may or may not have some” what a joke of a pharmacy!

It's bad for so many reasons. I was asked why I couldn't just wait three days for my epilepsy medication, despite the fact it should be obvious why patients can't just stop taking them. They'll say a script is ready and it won't be. I've been told a script will be ready in an hour only to have them close without filling it. They've messed up and under filled meds as well. Breaking point? They called one of my doctors and accused me of being hostile, yelling, and intimidating staff. They said they were fearful of me. Have I been frustrated? Absolutely. Have I yelled and intimidated staff? Nope. I may have raised my voice rolling away once because, again, I was being told I couldn't get my seizure medications in time. (It got so bad I've gotten samples from my doctor but I changed that script to another pharmacy.) mind your, I was rolling because I was in a wheelchair. Yup, the girl in the wheelchair is apparently terrifying. Why not change all together? I have a chronic condition and a lot of medications. I was told they would look into the situation, and management assured me it was a mistake and they would rectify it. I've never been updated. They also told me I could only transfer 7 days of medications so it would be difficult. Basically, I feel held hostage.

Very poor service! Usually: One Pharmacist + one technician on duty + 10 minutes ++ wait = one miserable experience!!! See pics! Avoid this pharmacy! Very rude, confused and unprofessional pharmacists and technicians! Pharmacists and technicians come and go all the time here , very high employee turnover, very bad management here. Very long phone hold time and very bad communication with them, you often wait on hold 10-15 minutes and/or get disconnected. Pharmacy is often out of stock on medications forcing you to do several trips to get all your medications. They're always short staffed. See pics! They only get business because they're inside Walmart. Corporate office don't care because they don't lose money because of Walmart store shopper volume.

Called to see if my prescription was ready for pick up. They said they didn't have it available until 1-2 days. The worst part is that the lady I spoke to over the phone was not listening. She would ask me the same questions. Her system wasn't working and she wouldn't let me know, so it would be quiet over the phone. She was also speaking to a customer in front of her while assisting me - that just made it more confusing. Avoid coming here.

I'm trying to fill an RX for my dog. The RX was called in yesterday and I received a text confirmation it was ready last night. I waited in the pickup line for 7 minutes (while 3 employees chose not to acknowledge me) only to be told that I needed to go wait in the drop off line bc this was the first RX for this pet that I was filling at this location..... in that line I was told that the RX was on hold bc it was expensive. I presented the coupon i had, and informed the woman that I had spoken with someone yesterday and they said it would be applied to my already ready for pick up RX. I'm now being told that they need 15-20 more minutes to figure out my RX. Come on people

I only come to this pharmacy because of the outstanding service and there willing to go the extra mile and help me out when I need my Rx's. I have to say the whole staff and the process is great! I have a pharmacy literally down the street from where I live and I still choose to drive to this one. Thanks guys!

i think the policy of closing an entire skin care area is ridiculous!!! since when did this happen? what an inconvenience. if you guys are doing this, why bother having 24 hr walmart?! close your whole freakin store!!!!
