I purchased Waterfi when the iPod shuffle was still in effect. I'm very upset that they have quit making the shuffle. I have two of the shuffles.

Bought an iPod shuffle online and it no longer works after just a handful of uses. I have been trying to contact (tried 5 times via email, website and phone message- even though they only use ema) for the past 2 weeks without any response, despite their phone message saying they reply within 24 hours. The iPod comes with a 2 year warranty, but it's a little difficult to replace when they won't return ANY forms of communication. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. DO NOT BUY from here. Update- finally got a replacement that is refurbished, damaged (scratched up) and not the color I ordered originally. Emailed a week ago, and surprise surprise, NO RESPONSE. This has been going on for 2 months. At this point I've just asked for a refund because I can't imagine dealing with them for the next 2 years if my warranty.

Got a set of earbuds last year and the left side went out. I sent it back under warranty and got a defective set back. They just don't work because of a short at the connector. I have written them three times and phoned. No response. I assume they are going out of business because of their poor business practices.

I have used this company over the years and they have been excellent. Now they no longer respond to any email or contact emails for products under warranty. They no longer answer their phone and the recording directs you to email them. This conduct would make me concerned that this business might be dissolving. Beware.

They finally arrived after months of delay, totally different from the publicity photographs, in an unbranded package and without any instructions regarding USB charging or what the multicoloured indicator LED on the side of one earpiece means. Bought item form amazon and it was defective from the beginning. I got the "water proof" iPod. First off it won't connect to my computer, second when i contacted apple for help because these people won't return any emails or calls they said the item is over 7 years old and would have issues connecting to the new iTunes. Don't deal with them. They are just out to collect money and ghost their customers when things go wrong.

I bought a Fitbit blaze from them that they had made waterproof. I didn't know until after the fact that this is not authorized by Fitbit and voids their warranty. I bought the extended warranty through squaretrade to be on the safe side, and when I started having problems with my Fitbit one month after the year warranty was up through waterfi, I sent it in to squaretrade. I just got off the phone with waterfi, and they told me that they're not going to do anything for my Fitbit Flex that conveniently stopped working because I'm outside of warranty. I purchased the water kit last year spending over $300 that included earphones w/ iPod Shuffle, the Fitbit Flex (that's supposed to be waterproof but everytime I swam with it they had to replace it) because they are LIARS AND SCAMMERS, and a swim cap and a water bottle. I have had to put in a warranty for EVERYTHING except for the water bottle & the iPod. So how reputable is this company?! Ask them how many times they've had to replace my FitFlex?! That'll tell how this company gets down!! They'll​ keep replacing your product with other defective products until you're pushed out of warranty and then you're screwed. I've referred many people but no more! Now, I'll tell everyone about my experience with this company. Well Waterfi, now it's time for me to do what I do over social media letting people know that your company SUCKS!!

I purchased a waterfi ipod shuffle 2GB from amazon that cost me £119.9 and I registered my product on 25th of March. I used it 3 times and now it does not work at all. In case of return/replacement of course I don't want a refurbished one and I am not paying not even a cent for shipping fees.

I received a waterproof ipod shuffle as a gift and it work really well for about 2 months and aided in all my swim workouts and I prepped for an Ironman, then one day it would no longer charge or was recognizable to my computer. I wrote Waterfi they sent a series of troubleshoot help and when nothing worked they sent me a brand new one. It was great customer service response, and no issues with the new one. I highly recommend this company.
