This business has very bad customer service in general specially the manager name Nancy she was to provide service ask for my ID I agreed but at the moment to do the return she throw my card away to the window with attitude also my clipboards the I hand it to her nicely also 1 check was staple and she was telling not bring it like it was few different deposits so of course we're separated with clips and staples and I asked for a manager and gladly said I am the manager and started conversation with other cashier in Spanish that's totally rudest employee ever seen in banking

Place is a bank and does what a bank does. Holds your money, gives u money and offers other services on the side. What else is there to look for. I've made wire transfers Ms. Mora was very professional and quick. I've also had some papers notarized with Sergio. Also very quick service & professional. Both dressed like successful businessmen. Very pleased with their service, quality, time & business attire.

Clean bank, 3 atms outside with 2 immediately inside that allows you to pull different denominations and higher amounts without waiting in the lines to see a teller( is rather deal with a teller but was in a rush today )

Parking was horrible and it was the worst experience at a bank. The customers in the parking lot were rude and impatient since parking was so bad. Once inside there was a line of 20 people so I left and when backing out another car decided to back up too and almost hit me. The employees that I did encounter were very nice

If you are a Merchant customer, I suggest you avoid this place completely! The customer service here is horrible and the manager though listening didn't really seem to care. I usually go to the Wells in La Jolla and came to this bank because it's close to my moms. First I went to the machines they have in the bank, but since one was broken, it was taking forever. I decided to go to the Merchant line seeming it was less of a line, I stood there waiting and watch two tellers take customers from the regular lines vs the merchant line. What I normally see are tellers alternating between customers but clearly this wasn't the case. When I told the manager this, she really didn't have much to say. So instead, I drove all the way to a Wells Fargo on 3rd Ave in Chula Vista where the service was friendly, normal but quick and efficient. Avoid this place if you have to, parking is also horrible too.

Staff is very friendly. Place has plenty of parking. This place gets real busy especially on Friday afternoons. Luckily they have plenty of staff working at the busier parts of the day. They have 3 ATM machines outside and 2 more inside. The 2 inside are the new multi-denominational machines that dispense five, ten, twenty, and hundred dollar bills.

SO, I went to the Grossmont Center Wells Fargo- they recently changed their policy so you have to have an account to get foreign currency--FYI!

Never had a bad experience here. Went to get foreign currency and the teller asked me if I banked with them, so I'm assuming you can exchange dollars for foreign currency without being a Wells Fargo account holder, which is pretty cool! The girl quoted me 3-5 business days to receive my money, and it only took two! Yay! The foreign currency teller was VERY detailed in how she counted the money and telling me how much I was supposed to receive and everything. I left comfortably knowing I really got the right amount of money I transferred. It was a complicated process for her because I had three different types of currencies, so props! If you ever need foreign currency, just head to the store directly and order some! They don't charge and shipping or delivery fees.

Five stars all the way 5 stars for service I walked up to the teller and she greeted me with a smile. She cordially introduced herself, Barbara made the experience very pleasant. She was engaging and it was in a way that it was genuine and not superficial. I conducted my transactions and she was helpfully all the way. At the end she thanked me and gave a candy for doing business with her organization. 5 stars for the location This branch is close to the freeway with plenty of parking. 5 stars for the layout The place is welcoming and very easy to navigate I wish that other establishments would use this branch as model. Fantastic job
