This branch is amazing. The manager, the bankers. all of the above. i truly felt so comfortable here with everyone. The only reason i feel that people complain is because they lack patience or aren’t aware they can do a lot of their banking through their app. Everyday was a joy coming into this bank. The employees are smart, quick and kind. I absolutely love this bank and the people here.

This bank is trash. Customer service is awful! Your direct deposit doesn’t automatically go through with this bank. They will hold it for days then over draft you and not inform you. You check your app and everything is fine until several days later it’s overdrawn. You try to go in and fix it and they are rude and useless. Bank somewhere else, go to a credit union. Big banks are scum.

One of banker of this branch she has bad attitude during the conversation with me she was continually coughing to me directly. And she was sighing because the business hours was almost done. I tried to use wire transfer but she didn’t know how to send the money I already showed her the invoice of payment but she mentioned this wrong account number but I sent the money through the chase bank already even the receipt’s account was Wells Fargo account. What a shame that you and you bunch and Wells Fargo anyway I opened new business account to Chase bank.

I'm not sure how the corporate office can justify paying rent for this location based on customer experience and customer satisfaction. I have requested assistance to open an account and it was not possible to reach a bank teller over the phone to book an appointment. After trying to get a hold of someone at this location, I went in and the place was empty. I called their customer service line from inside the branch and the automated phone system still said there was no tellers available which was incorrect since I was literally inside the building calling for assistance and watching the tellers sit there. I then asked to speak with Lorenzo Mata who was "unavailable" even though there was no one in his office and was told to come back later in the afternoon when he also won't be available. My associate had a very similar experience at this branch location. I recommend going to Del Mar Heights to get customer service. I would shut this location down and remove the manager immediately.

Really? At 9:30 a.m. , nine people in line and only one teller?!!! I go here because it's convenient but this is ridiculous. Two stars is even generous!

Had to come in on THREE separate occasions for the same issue that was not addressed by WF card services. Mind you this is my lunch break too. Definitely deserves a zero, but one of the bankers Lorenzo turned it around. I definitely would not be a customer here anymore if it wasn't for Lorenzo who was so kind to help me prepare and send my documents with promptness and professionalism. Thank you Lorenzo for your help, courtesy, and professionalism!

I wish there was a way to give to zero rating here. Every time you walk into the branch, people are twiddling their thumbs. No one steps up to talk to you or serve your needs. In this particular case, their manager Lorenzo Mata and business correspondent Mina Shah were just sitting there. When asked, they both didn't want to help. Mina said she had an appointment in 10 minutes. She was doing absolutely nothing. All we needed was four pieces of information (beneficiary for an account set up) that would have taken a person of average intelligence less than 2 minutes to note on a piece of paper or a printout. But no! These geniuses did not want to do the work. I'm not sure how these people get hired to work in customer service at these worthless banks.

I like this Wells Fargo location a lot but Yadiri made my day bad first she was treating me suspicious ? I was ? ask ur verification Questions then treat someone suspicious if u get wrong answer I also requested for new $100 bills she didn’t provide it to me even though she had the new bills so I’m requesting the manager at this location to hire welcoming professionals not someone who ruins costumers day.

Today we had a huge issue with our accounts.My wife had contacted bank people. She scheduled an appointment right away. She went to this branch, spoke to this wonderful person Mathew Cawley. He handled our problem with such a professionalism. He was super nice and simple amazing human being. We've been Wells Fargo people for over 30 years, and the never let us down. But Matthew had taken too the next level.Go 4S ranch branch!!!!

Admittedly, I only use this Wells Fargo branch for its drive-thru ATM. It is easy to access and certainly convenient to my shopping in 4S Commons.
