This place is hardly ever busy yet the find a way to make a line. I go there often due to work and rarely do they have more than one teller available. The staff are friendly but what should take 5-10 min usually takes double

I already booked appointment with this location but when I came in there was someone had the same hour appointment with me and they told me that it would took hours and I supposed to move my appointment until next week. I just wanna update my legal name on my car loan and not gonna have business with Well Fargo in the future!

Now closed on Saturdays. Please update your business hours on Google. Saw others confused and standing out in the rain because we were trying to go to a closed bank.

This location is the worse! Always super slow and always just 1 or 2 tellers working even when there's a long line. Sometimes 3 others behind the tellers and not doing anything to help!

The worst branch possible. No one there to help you with as simple a statement verification letter. You will have to wait in line for 30mins or so, just to get a useless answer saying we can't do that. This branch is nothing but a ATM, never go in person to this branch. A complete time waste to go to this branch.

Walked in to open a checking account and Rosendo, a banker told me they can’t until next week. I asked if they have anyway of finding out if other branches can help me and he walked away saying “we have just as much knowledge as you do.” I asked again if he can give me any more info because no branch answers their phones and he just kept walking away.I went to the front to get a cashiers check, and Rosendo was behind the glass and raised his voice and came up to the glass as if he wanted to fight because he believes i disrespected the place he works at. You’re a banker. Act like it.His bank teller literally had to pull him back. I’m seriously in disbelief lol.This is Wells Fargo people. Stay away. I’ve been banking here with 3 business accounts for 8 years and this is how they talk/treat clients.

Do not go to this branch. Every time I come here there is a problem. Monkeys could do better! I mean it . The manager is a clown . They should have closed this branch down instead of others and all the workers should hold signs up on the street

Super slow. This is a big bank branch. They have 10 teller windows and only one is open. Super irritation making me late for work. 20+ minutes to do a simple check cashing.

They don't have enough bankers to help with anything outside of what an atm could do and they always want you to call and make an appointment to do anything and they are booked out sometimes weeks.
