Lorraine and Jose were extremely helpful and made the process of closing my deceased father's account easy and stress free. perfect branch, perfect customer service.many thanks especially to Jose, the branch manager. he is a true professional and knows his job very well. I live in Santee, Wells Fargo is 5 minutes from me but I always prefer to drive 15 minutes to this branch.

Didn’t go to the inside of the branch only used the ATM. I found parking right in the front despite the fact that Starbucks was so busy hehe so many cars trying to go into Starbucks’s. I was glad they offered $50 bills since I needed $70. I didn’t have to in the branch. I got a one $50 bill and one $20.
