I need to speak with someone in the bank via phone because im unable to gonphysically to the bank but its imposible to speak with a person. I,ve been truing for over am hour with no success.

Getting here is a PITA, only to arrive to one of the slowest lines to get to a teller. The tellers need to do better in the customer service aspect, I have had some rude encounters in past visits. I try to avoid this location but, its the closest to me.

The counter person Mark is very friendly, they just have few people to serve since they removed Mexican accounts.
