Just here to give a shout out to Rita! Came in during a hectic time and she was not only navigating the influx of customers like a pro, but with patience, and such a welcoming demeanor. Her friendliness and help was so appreciated. Rite Aid, give her a raise, she is such a gem--and beyond deserving!

I was there couple days ago and I was surprised how attentive employees and manager are there to help everyone. That makes costumers feel welcome and be able to comeback anytime. Good job management

Came into the store for Ice cream, as I looked around I noticed how clean and organized the store looked. Decided to browse and bought more than I came for. The staff was also very welcoming and nice!

few years ago this store was a big mess, items in the fridge expired employees not very helpful it was obvious they were unhappy , I walked in recently and I was surprised how well organized and clean it is. Good job finally corporate got it done

Was open on Thanksgiving day and was able to stop in since the Vons next door was closed. Although they too had partially empty shelves I was able to pick up the few things I needed.

On Dec 7, I came to this Rite Aid to pick up a prescription. There were three people in front of me in line and it somehow took nearly 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. Every person in front of me had an issue with their prescription which is what caused the wait. When it came to be my turn, I was told it would be $17 for my prescription. I had already hit my out of pocket max for my prescription coverage so I told the pharmacist that was incorrect. She immediately became defensive and told me it was the insurance that would have to fix it. I told her that 6 weeks ago I had the same issue at CVS with another prescription and that I was told to call my insurance to figure out. When I did this I was told by the insurance and CVS corporate that the pharmacist should have contacted the insurance while I was there and this could have been resolved very quickly. When I was on the phone with CVS corporate, they did a conference call with the pharmacist and explained how to resolve the problem and issue me a refund. The pharmacist refused even though corporate was telling them to do so, and that is why I switched my prescriptions from CVS. The Rite Aid pharmacist still refused to help resolve the issue. At this point I had lost my patience. I told her that I was upset that I waited as long as I had because they clearly were a disorganized mess and that I wanted this resolved now. I had raised my voice since being polite wasn't working, and her response was "I could not yell at her." I told her I had every right to be upset, had not even began to yell yet and that she needed to do her job and fix the issue. Another employee came over and threw fuel on the fire, telling me I "better" calm down and be respectful. I told him she was rude to me and refused to help. He said that was untrue even though he hadn't witnessed anything until he came over. I told him if she was going to be a b**** and not help me them I had every right to be upset. At this point the pharmacist flipped out at me saying that she would not give me the prescription and threatened to call the police. When I asked her for what, she said for calling her a b****. I told her to go for it and I would gladly wait for the police to show up. The pharmacist continued to be rude to me until another pharmacist came over to help and ultimately completed the transaction. I paid the $17 since I needed the medicine and these idiots clearly weren't going to help me. When I got to the front of the store I asked the cashier working to get me a manager. She said the guy that I had been speaking with was the manager. I turned around and he had followed me to the front. I laughed at the cashier and said if he's the manager then I can clearly see why this place is run so poorly. He got upset and told me to leave. I told him I was going to call corporate and report this whole incident. I took my phone out to get a picture of him and his name badge. As I began to take a photo he told me that I was not allowed to do so, and he swung his hand at my phone and tried to knock my phone out of my hand. I attached the photo I took when he struck me as well as a photo of the manager. He continued to reach at me so I pushed his hand away out of self defense and left. The employees who work at this store are pathetic hypocrites. The pharmacist took a photo of me when she was threatening to call the police, but when I attempted to the same the manager physically assaulted me and told me I could not photograph him. He watched the pharmacist take a photo of me. So apparently it is okay for them to do, but not for me or any other customer. They also have a sign that says "understaffed due to labor shortage, please be patient and kind." There isn't a labor shortage of pharmacists due to the pandemic. It takes years of schooling to become a licensed pharmacist. This isn't a fast food place that pays minimum wage to just about anybody. Register 5 transaction 1873758 Cashier 56571511 Just awful. No manners, gave me the smallest scoop of ice cream for my daughter. When she said thank you he just stared at her. He doesn't say your welcome back. When he rang us up at the cash register he doesn't speak. When he saw me doing my survey he intentionally tryed to skip it when he saw me reading it out loud. I had to tell him to go back. At the end when I paid 42.00 he doesn't offer me a bag. When I assist him on how to do his job for him I told him that he needs to ask the customer if they would like a bag. You know. A little customer service. He then crams all of my 5 items in a tiny brown bag that rips. I then told him if people have a lot of stuff to give them 2 bags or even 3. He could care less. I ask for a manager and I was told that this person is on break. I'm sorry for the incovience. Who am I to think that I could speak with management? Needless to say I will start going to CVS. Hopefully if I get this lowsy customer service it will be ok to speak with a manager and the help won't try to skip my survey when they hear me reading it out loud quietly with my daughter.

Very upsetting I had a medication sent from my daughters doctor this morning at 11 o'clock went to go pick it up today around 4 o'clock and they said that they do not have it in stock until Tuesday that if I would need it to get it over the counter and that is not a problem for me but the thing is why did they not notify me until I got there what is my daughter is any need that she needs it the same second the pharmacist Kimberly is very rude every time I go I see her and she has a very rude attitude with people .... For her to tell one of her colleagues just to tell me that if I need a medication that I can go ahead and get it over-the-counter if I did not want to wait until Tuesday like I mentioned it's not a problem for me to go ahead and purchase it but why did they not give me a call... very upsetting I will be changing my pharmacy

Been to plenty of Rite Aids and never got as great of an experience as I had here. Great customer service with a beautiful experience. Everywhere else that I go I don't get as friendly and comfortable of an experience as I had here. My boyfriend and I needed some supplies and late night snacks and they even gave us advice with the snacks that we bought. Tried the applesauce with pineapple recipe as the manager Julie suggested and it was AMAZING. There was also Cathy who was an awesome cashier and always greeted us with a smile and once she got to know us, she was cracking some really funny jokes. I loved my experience here and I suggest if your going to go to any Rite Aid, to shop here if you don't want your day ruined or want to end your night with a smile. Props to Julie and Cathy AND thank you for the unforgettable experience. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I can honestly say I come here for Ms Julie. Every time I come in she always has the warmest smile and most positive attitude. It's so much needed especially during this time. She's so proud to be working and it shows. Her customer service is amazing and she's always complimenting something about me. The world needs more people like her. Excellent customer service and professionalism. She definitely deserves the recognization and a promotion. I hope her leadership team is aware of how lucky they are to have her as the face of this location!

Very clean store, proper social distancing and mask mandates adhered to. friendly staff, checkout person (I want to say her name was Kathy?) Made sure to properly sanitize before allowing us to approach the counter, was incredibly courteous and professional, and was very safety conscious. Absolutely the kind of store you can safely visit during the pandemic. They care about the customers and aren't trying to start a fight with you, unlike some other stores in the same shopping center. Also they sell the thrifty ice cream scoop, so you can get perfect scoops of ice cream at home.

Went here yesterday and promised the very nice lady I'd leave a review and unfortunately I lost the receipt and I don't remember her name. But I've gone to this rite aid plenty of times and never had a bad experience. Place is clean and well kept and the people that work here are really nice! Recommend going here!
