Really great grocery store. Most of the time everyone is friednly. Perfect selection of food. Don't expect a small town family owned grocery store, but i guarantee they have what you need.

The cashier Debbie is a horrible person. She is hurtful, rude and just unprofessional. I don't expect great customer service from grocery stores but everyone should be treated with basic human decency. She is a terrible person.

At what point is price gauging just illegal. Everything in here is over priced if not double what it Should be. I'm tired of paying 2-3x what something should be. Last time I go here. Trader Joe's is 15 min away do your self a favor save some money in times like these. Unreal how much they upcharge things

Do you pay your staff to just stand around and chitchat? The employee, Valentina, was purposely ignoring me when there was a problem with my self check out and was instead having a full on conversation with someone, carrying on talking about her personal life instead of actually working. It is fine if I just waited two minutes or something, I get it, workers aren't drones, But never would I make a customer wait a whole ten minutes lol to attend to their issue. Just so rude

So tried to contact Vons through the Vons site only to be transferred all over and never was able to reach anyone who could help me or take a message for the district manager so that this issue would be addressed. Finally found a contact for Vons and tried messaging him but still have received no reply or message back. So in reply to comment on my post review, I have tried contacting Vons through the app and chat line to get no place but transferred all around with no one caring enough to help. I guess the store projects the attitude and it continues on up the chain. Its okay though. I just hope no one with a disability experiences the discrimination or embarrassment as was projected at this store. And hopefully word gets out....

The lady cashier with the severe eyebrows, really rough manly voice (I don't know if it's due to smoking) is downright rude and awful and unprofessional. She made my experience very very uncomfortable that I was so glad to get out of there

As part of the Albertsons group. Vons has great weekly sales and store brand items (Signature). Get the flyer by Neil, online or at the store to get the best deals. Also get the app and get rewards for anything you buy. Many times you get special offers and free items. This store is nice and well lit. The customer service people are very helpful Plenty of parking!

Love Vons because of members deals, but this location and my cashier Jimmy today, totally disappointment. He was really unpleasant, when I wanted him to scan my app coupons he acted as annoyed. I bought lots of stuff and tried to make sure all coupons were applied...When I came home I realized he charged me extra. Instead of buy 1 and get 2nd bottle free I paid for both and he charged me 3rd as extra(didn't have 3rd)! I am shocked and definitely not coming back to this location.

I've never had a problem with Vons, especially the Phone app. The phone and gives you so many discounts that is so hard to pass up. Are used to go here every single day, and for good reason. If you're on a budget, you love coupons. Store up your coupons on the app, and they'll give you free items, and discounts on your meals. I love Vons. And they have fresh fruit, fresh meats, and they have a lot of groceries. You can't go wrong with Vons, they always treat you like family. And most certainly, they take all forms of payment like Apple Pay.

I go to this place often because I live close by. But every time I'm in the store, I get the feeling that they're watching me. Lol. Once I was doing a self check out, and the lady asked if I paid for my plastic bags. Of course, I did. Why would I try to put myself in a situation by stealing plastic bags that cost 10 cents apiece?? Another incident was when I was again at the self check out, and this blond lady asked my son if he paid for his lollipop. Yes, of course, lady. Besides, why would we risk being in a situation by stealing a $3 lollipop? Furthermore, we're regulars at this store. Yet we're always getting asked if we're stealing. I'm not sure if we're being stereotyped since we're brown-skinned, but I always feel discriminated against at this store.

Lynn from this location should be fired immediately or barred from interacting with customers. My friends and I were waiting alongside another customer next to the service deli to get a cold pasta salad. There were multiple signs that said the service deli closed at 5pm, and we were there at 4:30pm. Us and the other customer were waiting for roughly 7 minutes to be served until the sushi lady went to the back and told the deli workers that we were waiting. Before she even walked into view, we heard Lynn complaining, "why don't they read the sign right in front of them?" She came into view and simply pointed at the sign and then said, "why don't you read the sign?" To which we responded, "we did read it, it says you close at 5pm and it's not 5 yet." Lynn then scoffed and said, "I don't care, it doesn't matter we are CLOSED." This made us and the other customer waiting with us quite shocked and upset. It is ridiculous that she either doesn't know the details of her own signs, or simply doesn't care to abide by her own sign. That is extremely unprofessional and not impressive. The other customer asked her for her name and told her that he would report her "helpfulness" to management, to which Lynn gave her name and scoffed out, "you do that, you're welcome." We thought this experience was absolutely absurd because Lynn had genuinely no right to act so rude and disrespectful to us when the sign clearly displayed that the service deli was still open for another 30 minutes. I'm honestly quite shocked that Lynn has managed to retain her job (or any job) with her unattractive and ghastly attitude. Lynn, just because you lead a wretched life does not mean you are entitled to subject poor customers to your harsh and scathing words. This location would benefit greatly if Lynn was prevented from interacting with customers ever again, for she clearly cannot maintain even the most basic of formalities when addressing customers.

Filthy disgusting dirty store and entrance. By the looks of it they don't seem to care if they have customers Instead of a store in a high end town it looks like a Rats hole

This is one of the worst run markets I have been into. The checkers are mostly nice, but the stocking is annoying. The keep moving stuff around. And, when you ask if they have an item in stock, they tell you they do not know. They told me they do not have a computer inventory of products. Frankly, that is hard to believe. They used to be better until Jonathon' their only local competition closed.
