Brian was super helpful with calling my sister's government checks! She recently had her photo id stolen from.... Well, an ex... And All she had was a photo copy of her I'd and he was still able to help her out in cashing her checks. Thank you so much Brian!! And The Check Cashing Place

I have never been here. I am wondering if they are indeed a 24 hour check cashing place . I called before I drove up there, and I was forwarded to a answering service recording. I don't know what to think.

This place is the most rudest and prejudice place to come send money gram. Me and my austic brother came in here yesterday and we was ignored and discriminated by a Mexican young girl with curly hair with a nasty attitude. Her customer service was poor and she made my brother uncomfortable. I don't know who hired her but she was a total Dutch bag. I would never recommend this place or come back here. 0 stars.

This place says checks cashed, more like checks not cashed. Unless you go there every week you get paid they are entirely useless. I like these types of places for convenience since they're open more often than a bank is, but seriously. Freelancers, business owners, I wouldn't waste your time. Regardless of how many supporting documents and information you show them, they don't want to help.

When I arrived I let yardimi. I think that's her name, Know this was my 1st time using Western Union & she looked & acted like she didn't even care or wanted to help me. I really don't understand how do people work in the customer service area & have the worse customer services ever. I didn't have all my senders info so I stepped away from her area to text person sending money to me, came back to her for her to ask for more information like where it's coming from & then said person didn't list my name... this is so much time consuming for me & she should have gave me a list I needed. She's rude & not helpful... Then as I was getting help with someone else that went smoothly . But looked over to see Yardimi or whatever her name is helping another person very nicely & allowing him to call whomever to get his info she needed while she patiently waits. Question is why she didn't allow or treat me the same. Was it because he was Mexican like her?? Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and Laticia came to the front speaking to me through the window and acted like she didn't even care. (Which I thought was very strange because we should of been in a private space). Gave me me a card to call to complain... Clearly they need better management & workers Please go somewhere else. Do not give this place business. We are using their services & they're getting percentage off us. Take your business to companies that appreciate and value your services. I've also called 18004796677 left another supervisor and HR a message asking for a return call. I will give another review on how their management treats me as a customer

I just came here and tried to ask them a question about app and sending money at western union so a lady directly told me,she doesn’t know anything about it, I told her this is western union if someone answer my question so she said that she doesn’t know anything about the app. They weird office which I have never seen in my life.and she looked that she was not ready to talk with the customers.

Needed a check to be cashed out & Walmart declined the check, so we decided to try this place out because it was late on a Friday night & nothing else was opened. The customer service rep was super nice & she did everything so fast! We were in & out of this place in less than 10 mins. Btw, this spot is open 24 hours! Which is SUPER CONVENIENT!

This place is trash, I went in there to cash two checks. They spent 45 minutes behind the counter , as she walked around eating her snacks saying she's trying to verify them. She comes back and says her bank won't verify them and starts typing in her computer for another 4 - 5 minutes before handing me back my checks and not saying a word , but puts up a sign saying window is closed . She was rude , unprofessional , and wasted almost an hour of my time. I would've brought a lot of business here had they not been so rude and unprofessional .

Love this place handles bill pay and open 24/7 and with polite cashiers They're fast and efficient....i really have nothing negative to say.

I come in her all the time to cash my checks and I have no problem, the staff is friendly and quick. Reason why I give it three stars is because of Ashley a worker there who gave me the worst attitude about my check. I had a few questions for her as to why they had to call the bank twice and she told me "Look do you want to do it or not" I was displeased with the service here. Go to Mira Mesa their Employees are always friendly.

I came in today to cash two checks for the same amount. Both of the checks were for $6.64. The checks for reimbursement of mileage cost. I attended two doctors appointments for QTC which was scheduled through the VA. I waited over thirty minutes in line to here the teller say since my two checks were over a week old, I cannot cash them. Both checks were within the ninety days of cashing. I'm very disappointed, displeased, and dissatisfied with their customer service. The employee was inconsiderate, insensitive, and not even empathetic of my situation. I count on this place to cash my checks. THIS IS PLACE IS UNACCEPTABLE , UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NOT VET FRIENDLY.
