Ralph's has definitely won my heart when it comes to grocery shopping. The store may not have a multitude of checkout lanes, but the ones they do have are always open and efficient. I was in and out in no time, making my shopping experience a breeze. I also appreciated how well-organized the store was, making it easy to find everything I needed. Overall, Ralph's delivers top-notch service and convenience, making them my go-to grocery store.

Weird layout. Deli takes FOREVER to slice meat. They should get chairs for how long you have to stand in line when they don't have the lunch meat you like in the precut section. But it feels clean in the store.

Understaffed place. Long lines. Can never find any employees to help find anything. And when you do they don't know where things are either. Never really has major items.

My children and I were waiting for my husband to return with grocery. We leave near this location and shop here almost weekly! When he returned home he let me know he was accused of stealing after waiting in line, being rung up my a cashier and walking out with over $250 worth of groceries! As he walked the cart to his car the cart locked up, he was confused to why this was occurring when the Ralph's security approached him. They let him know an associate had accused him of stealing. He simply showed them his receipt as they checked his Bag. Everything was paid and accounted for of course! The embarrassment and harassment however was only mended with a short apology. How was he accused of stealing when he waited in line and paid at the register with a cashier NOT self check out. The associate should be ashamed of themselves. I also called 3 times to share this experience and no one answered.

The manager here is extremely rude. If you have to return something you buy right after your purchase you have to get back in line and the lines are extremely long and not enough registers are ever open manager is Ken in the picture he has terrible customer service retrain your manager

Ralph's Mission Center, San Diego. We ordered a half ribs, half chicken tenders tray for Christmas. We gave Lori B. the order and picked it up from her. The ribs came out from the back already foiled, she then put the chicken tenders on top of the foiled ribs and foiled the chicken as well. When we arrived at my Parent's for Christmas we opened the top foil and put the chicken in to heat. We unwrapped the foil to the ribs and this is what we got.... eaten, chewed on and bones..all 6 of us were just discussed..needless to say it totally messed up an important part of our holiday together. We had also bought a cake roll marked 'Pumpkin Spice' We looked through and saw that the others were marked 'Peppermint'...so glad that we're not allergic to chocolate because it was Red Velvet. This store has gone so downhill, we will not use their bakery or deli. Always check your order!

We stopped by here today to pick up some milk to eat with our insomnia cookie. Yelp said store closed at 1. We got there around 1245, both doors were closed. But there are still some people in the store: we asked the security and she said we're closed. But the store sign said closed at 1. The security lady then said no, we're going home at 1. Since when did that change? From my understanding, store closed at 1 and workers can go home when the last customer leave. As we were leaving, we saw multiple people tried to come in and it was 1251. They got turned away as well after trying to reason with the security lady and the manager. We just wanted milk, we were gonna be in and out before the store closes.

What a f****** joke. Monster drink was on sale buy 2 get 1 free. I accidentally only grab 2 instead of 3. Went back to get my 1 free after purchasing the 2 minimum. Cashier told me to go to a regular check out line to get The refund for the two drinks that I grabbed. And then they have to ring up all three up together at the same time in order to get the one free. Went to the regular check out line. Only 1 line open in the entire store with 10+ people waiting in THAT ONE line. Ridiculous Open more lanes when you have only 1 line open and have 5+ people trying to check out. Pointless to have self check out when the associates at the self checkout can't help you and tells you to go to regular check out line. Seriously m!

Unfortunately, this is my main grocery store because of proximity to where I live. The lines are always really long, unless you go early in the morning - so expect a wait to checkout.I highly recommend that this location add an express lane (10 items or less) with a cashier. Trying to get anything that requires an id here takes entirely too long because the one cashier at self checkout is overextended. I almost always have to make a return trip here during the week because they're often out of several things I need. Also - the veggies in particular are not very fresh. I recommend skipping this store and grabbing yours at the Civita Farmer's Market instead. The employees who restock the shelves are generally very nice and helpful, so wanted to give a shoutout there.

This Ralph location is very good; it's close to a lot of restaurants and shops. They open early I believe at 5am. Right next door is a dry cleaning place and The UPS store. A lot of their fruits and veggies are fresh. The downfall of this store the low staff. It takes a very long time for someone to help you especially in the bakery and customer service in the front. I remembered one staff helped the bakery area (he works in a different department; helped the bakery area because someone was out on covid) as I wanted to pick out a cake from the display. He placed the cake inside a small cake container that barely fits the cake and the result from that was a squished cake. I just left the cake and was really pissed. Overall, I just really like the location with plenty of parking spaces.

All this square footage and they did not have a single lemon. Not even One lemon. This location is constantly out of stock. How are you even in business as a grocery store?

Costco was out of watermelons when we went Sunday morning. We headed to the nearest supermarket to get one. We did all the standard watermelon tests for a sweet one but still wasn't sure. A worker there in the produce department gave us some tips, and confirmed we had a sweet one. We sliced it opened and it was juicy, red and super sweet! Happy summer eatings!

I just want to say that this is probably by far the best Ralph's I have ever been to. The cashiers are always super friendly and today in particular Anthony was awesome! His good energy and good attitude just makes shopping a little more enjoyable so I appreciate that about him. And also I'd like to give a big shout out to the gentleman in the meat department Angel. Every time that I go somewhere to ask for specific cuts of meat they say no but he was so nice and very approachable. He helped with everything that I needed to get and answered my questions when no one else wanted to help. Thank you!!!!!!!
