The service was quick and polite. Nothing else to add.

Went in to get a cup of coffee one morning. The barista was friendly and got my drink quickly. The supermarket is clean, open, and has a variety of fruits/vegetables and even some exotic ones. Shelves looked well stocked.

This is just for their pharmacy. Went to get a prescription that had been called in and they told me my insurance was canceled. I told them that wasn't true as I had just gone to the Doctor and everything was fine. When I suggested that they call my insurance company, the pharmacist told me that it would take too long? I mean, that is his job right? Went home, called my insurance company, got through in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely no problem with my card. Transferred the prescription to CVS, and picked it up with no issues. Not going back to Pavillions pharmacy!

Extremely horrible customer service and also horrible staff! I would rate it 0 if I could, but thankfully I know that they will close soon knowing how horrible they are doing business wise. I have been living in Carmel Valley for 22 years and every time a business was going to close, I could tell they were going to close. And I say the same thing to this crappy business, they are going to close one day soon enough and I'll be super happy to have someone replace them.

This store has to have the most negligent, most uncaring managers at this location my mom fell took a hour and 30 minutes for a manager to call another manager to call another manager to get the district manager to come down from the office to file a incident report, and still no one came out I literally had to call corporate and have corporate call someone to come out and write the incident report thank god the people at the deli were kind to run out and check out on my mom because the managers wouldn't have cared very upsetting how negligent some manager and district managers can be supper upsetting will not be coming back to this location ever again nor will any of my friends or family.

What a disappointment when I walked into this Pavillion and saw that it is essentially the same tired old Vons. Yes, most of the perimeter departments have been remodeled -- the Meat Department and Butcher Case look great! The aisles are still narrow, and the area in front of the cashiers is also narrow with customers stretched down aisles to check out. The floors are in terrible shape. Why didn't Vons do what it's done in the past with Pavilion's conversions -- close the store and remodel top to bottom before re-opening.

The Vons rebranding into a fancy "Pavilions" is a total marketing ploy resulting in about 20% higher prices, period. Would be super naïve to think that the same store would change suppliers after a primitive "remodeling" (= floor polishing). Specifically, today's experience with "sushi" was a disaster. Fake everything at Tokyo prices. Just don't.

Be careful with curbside pickup. They will give you old stock every time. Old vegetables and old poultry and meats. They have done it to me too many times and I'll never order there again.

This store is right down the street so I'm there usually a couple times a week. and I run in for things late at night kind of often. The staff is so extremely friendly. Really really nice people.

This place is just Ralph's in disguise. Looks a little fancier but more or less the same, not really sure what the point is.

I've been getting my groceries here for a few years now because my family prefers it over some of the others grocers in the area, but in my opinion service is much better at the other local grocers. The workers have been very rude whenever I've been picking up groceries during COVID or in store during non covid. They seem to run out of items extremely quickly compared to other stores in the community. The reason I'm writing this post today is because after picking up groceries I was putting my picked up items away into the kitchen. When I took the 6 pack of beer I had it complement fell apart and the bottles shattered and beer and glass flew everywhere my apartment. I've been picking glass up for over an hour. And I pray my dog doesn't step on any I missed. The container of the 6 pack was completely soaked which tells me that they don't care enough to maintain their inventory or care for the product they are putting out. Anyone with a right mind would not sell a container of glass products in a soaked cardboard frame.

I am very disappointed with the pharmacy. They do not answer their phone You can't ask a question or discuss a medication because you can't even leave a message. I've been put on hold and disconnected. When I call back it rings and no one answers. Combined with closing for lunch.i suggest finding a more customer friendly pharmacy. The grocery section of the store is lovely but pricier

They never answer the phone in the pharmacy!!! It keeps going to voicemail and I've left messages and NEVER did anyone call me back! I even called back and spoke to store manager who apologized and took my number and promised someone will call me back. Nobody called me back. Very disappointing service. Uncaring people work there. No apologies when you bring it to the staff attention in the pharmacy as if they are doing us a favor being there.

A great selection of groceries but what makes this place special is their outstanding wine cellar!! This is the place to go for wine in San Diego!!! Jeff, who manages the wine department, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to selecting the perfect bottle based on your preferences. The selection of wine at this store is impressive and prices very reasonable, especially when they are running their discount promotions where you can save as much as 30% to 40% with the purchase of 6 bottles. Amazing! A wonderful place to stock up and fill your own wine cellar! 5 stars!

Great store! We moved to the neighborhood recently and had to switch out go-to store from Vons to Pavillions and we're not disappointed. The selection seems to be bigger.
